Our hair can be purple, orange or green, That's no offense; it's a freedom scene. The law is specific, the law is precise. Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice. For praying in a public hall Might offend someone with no faith at all. In silence alone we must meditate, God's name is prohibited by the state. We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks, And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.. They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible. To quote the Good Book makes me liable. We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen, And the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.. It's 'inappropriate' to teach right from wrong, We're taught that such 'judgments' do not belong. We can get our condoms and birth controls, Study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles. But the Ten Commandments are not allowed, No word of God must reach this crowd. It's scary here I must confess, When chaos reigns the school's a mess. So, Lord, this silent plea I make: Should I be shot; My soul please take! Amen Thank you Dad for sending this!! GOOD VISION IN A DOWNPOUR How to achieve good vision while driving during a heavy downpour. We are not sure why it is so effective; just try this method when it rains heavily. This method was told by a Police friend who had experienced and confirmed it. It is useful..even driving at night. Most of the motorists would turn on HIGH or FASTEST SPEED of the wipers during a heavy downpour, yet the visibility in front of the windscreen is still bad...... In the event you face such a situation, just try your SUN GLASSES (any model will do), and miracle! All of a sudden, your visibility in front of your windscreen is perfectly clear, as if there is no rain. Make sure you always have a pair of SUN GLASSES in your car, as you are not only helping yourself to drive safely with good vision, but also might save your friend's life by giving him this idea.. Try it yourself and share it with your friends! Amazingly, you still see the drops on the windshield, but not the sheet of rain falling. You can see where the rain bounces off the road. It works to eliminate the "blindness" from passing semi's spraying you too. Or the "kickup" if you are following a semi or car in the rain. They ought to teach that little tip in driver's training.. It really does work.

And it is a little five letter word; satan. Now if you have the attention of our enemy satan, you will also have God's attention. If God is with us, then who can be against us? A battle always precedes a breakthrough Remember in Isaiah 41 Fear Not. 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear but, of power & of love & of a sound mind James 4:7-8A (7) Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. (8) Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. The Bible teaches spiritual authority over all powers of the enemy. Jesus used God's Word to fight the enemy and Jesus rebuked satan in Luke 4:12-13 (12) And Jesus answered and said to him, "It has been said, you shall not tempt the Lord your God." (13) Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time. Always be on guard and ready for satan attacks. If you do mighty things in Jesus name, satan doesn't like it. And if you let your guard down the enemy tries to sneak in and attack. Pray and fast. No body wants to really hear this It's a lie of satan himself. Teaching if you don't hear about satan attacking he will not attack you. I don't want you to be the way I was and did. Thinking if I put God on a back burner satan will leave me alone. I don't ever want to be out there again without having God close. And I don't want you doing it either. Another trick that satan uses also to confuse us is that he comes as an angle of light 2 Corinthians 11:14 And no wonder! For satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. You should never panic, the Holy Spirit is always with you. And He will rise up with in you if you only stay on guard. The whole time I wrote this, a thought was placed in my head, I don't want to be attacked that's is a given but, if I do guess who is there to help. My God, my Big Brother, & the Holy Spirit is there as I'm staying ready and on guard. Psalms 68:1 Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him. Like it says "LET GOD ARISE"!!!!! As long as you and I live satan will use what you see, what you hear & you feel against you and me. FULL ANSWER For the past two weeks, Republicans have been raising a new charge against a familiar enemy, claiming that the Democrats’ stimulus bill includes as much as $5.2 billion in "goodies" for the Association of Community Organization for Reform Now (ACORN). Last fall, Republicans accused ACORN of "massive voter fraud," a claim which we said was exaggerated. The group has since become a favorite target of Republicans, so it understandably raises a few hackles when House Republican leader John Boehner’s Web site proclaims that the bill provides "a taxpayer-funded bonanza" for ACORN. And Republican Sen. David Vitter goes even further, telling Newsmax TV that the provisions amount to "a political payoff." Also, the National Republican Trust PAC has taken up the issue in fundraising pitches. But these claims are wildly exaggerated and rely upon faulty logic. Let’s start with the (very few) claims that critics get right. The House version of the stimulus bill does indeed include about $1 billion in funding for the Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) program and another $4.2 billion ($2.2 billion in the Senate’s version) in funding for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). Neither program is new: CDBG has been around since President Ford (a Republican) signed it into law in 1974, while the NSP was authorized in 2008 as part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act signed into law by President Bush. On its Web site, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, which runs both programs, describes CDBG as "a flexible program that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs." But those funds cannot be used for anything resembling ACORN’s controversial voter registration programs. HUD has very strict rules for projects that can be funded through CDBG grants, including promotion of home ownership and micro-enterprise assistance. ACORN has long been eligible for CDBG funds, and Boehner’s Web site points out that the group has received almost $1.6 million (not billion) in CDBG grants over a four-year span. NSP’s mission is more limited: Its funds are used to purchase foreclosed or abandoned homes, redevelop and then resell them, with the aim of stabilizing home prices. Boehner and Vitter claimed to smell a rat in the stimulus package’s language that allows nonprofit entities to compete directly for NSP funds. When the NSP was created last year, only state and local governments were eligible to participate in the program. The new language in the stimulus bill, Republicans argue, is a way to funnel money to ACORN. We make no judgments about the wisdom of allowing nonprofits to compete with state and local governments for NSP funds. Is this a "payoff" or "goodies" for liberal allies, or for ACORN specifically? Actually, both programs hand out grants only on a competitive basis. ACORN – and any other nonprofit entity – would be eligible to compete for NSP funds (as it already does for CDBG funds), but the key words here are "eligible" and "compete." Competition would likely be stiff. In 2008, NSP’s first year, states handed out funds to a total of 308 grantees. The NSP rules would require ACORN to show that it would spend the money to renovate and resell foreclosed homes more efficiently than other applicants. Moreover, ACORN is already indirectly eligible for NSP money; current law permits state and local governments to subcontract work, and ACORN would be eligible to compete for funds at the local level. However, ACORN didn’t get any NSP money last year and says it doesn’t plan to apply for NSP money in the future. Indeed, renovating foreclosed properties is not something the group has done in the past; its efforts in the home-buying industry focus mainly on developing new affordable housing and eliminating what it calls "predatory financial practices" by mortgage lenders. The group’s chief organizer, Bertha Lewis, writes: Lewis: We have not received neighborhood stabilization funds, have no plans to apply for such funds, and didn’t weigh in on the pending rule changes. Faulty Logic Boehner and Vitter commit two logical fallacies. Their argument has the form: 1. The stimulus bill provides funding for redeveloping neighborhoods. 2. ACORN does work in redeveloping neighborhoods. 3. Therefore the stimulus bill provides funding for ACORN. That’s an example of what philosophers call the undistributed middle fallacy. It’s a common mistake; in May 2008, we caught Sen. John McCain making a similar logical blunder. But Boehner and Vitter compound their error by treating different terms as if they had the same meaning. ACORN does indeed work in redeveloping neighborhoods, but the work that it does is not the same sort of work for which NSP provides funding. By pretending as if the two are the same, Boehner and Vitter commit the fallacy of equivocation. We’re accustomed to seeing logical fallacies in political arguments. Dear Londa, I know that many of you have the same plans I do for the upcoming weekend: buying back-to-school supplies. In my family, with five kids and five lists -- it may take two weekends. But thinking about that buying trip ends up giving me a great analogy for the health care reform debate. Let's say you're headed out to Target or Wal-Mart. The kids are loaded in the minivan and you're ready to go. You put in $40 and your spouse puts in $40. And at the end of the school year your child ends up first in the class in math. Which parent gets the credit? Which $40 bought the calculator, the protractor and the slide rule? Impossible to say, right? Not if you're President Obama and his Congressional allies, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. They are working to make precisely this distinction in response to growing awareness that the reform package will include taxpayer-funded abortions -- a Pew poll released yesterday says half of Americans now believe health care reform will include government-sponsored elective abortions. Abortion advocates argue that government dollars and government-collected premiums will be mixed in a fund used to pay health-care expenses, including elective abortions. But somehow, they still claim that only funds from the (non-government) premiums will be used to pay for the abortions. Co-mingled premiums cannot be separated in a single funding pot. Based on this distinction -- which would be nearly impossible to document -- both President Obama and White House Director of Domestic Policy Melody Barnes claimed last week at a teleconference that the health care bill would not allow for federally funded abortions. And that those of us arguing otherwise are "bearing false witness." President Obama then repeated the claim in his Saturday Weekly Address, which was devoted to busting the "outrageous myths about health care." If he wants to truly set aside these growing anxieties, it's not that hard. All he has to do is insist any legislation he signs explicitly prohibits abortion funding. Obama on Health Care Won't happen. Seeing is believing, so please take a minute and watch the video -- in 2007, then Sen. Obama promised reproductive health (abortion) would be the "center and the heart" of his health care reform plans. But don't count out the forces of the pro-life movement, either. We've already pushed the pro-abortion forces into a corner on health care reform. The debate over anti-life provisions in the proposals is in the headlines. Most versions of the Democratic health plan would create subsidies for lower-income people to buy private health insurance. If that insurance includes coverage for abortion, as many existing private plans do, it effectively means federal taxpayers are subsidizing abortion, critics of the legislation argue. A sliver of those monthly premiums would be segregated and abortion services would be reimbursed from that separate account. The amendment also says there would have to be at least one plan that covers abortion and one that doesn't in every part of the country. State restrictions on access to abortion would remain in place. "It's very personal and it's very emotional," said Rep. Lois Capps (D., Calif.), who sponsored the amendment. The refusal by ABC and NBC to run a national ad critical of President Obama's health care reform plan is raising questions from the group behind the spot -- particularly in light of ABC's health care special aired in prime time last June and hosted at the White House. The 33-second ad by the League of American Voters, which features a neurosurgeon who warns that a government-run health care system will lead to the rationing of procedures and medicine, began airing two weeks ago on local affiliates of ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS. On a national level, however, ABC and NBC have refused to run the spot in its present form. "It's a powerful ad," said Bob Adams, executive director of the League of American Voters, a national nonprofit group with 15,000 members who advocate individual liberty and government accountability. "It tells the truth and it really highlights one of the biggest vulnerabilities and problems with this proposed legislation, which is it rations health care and disproportionately will decimate the quality of health care for seniors." Adams said the advertisement is running on local network affiliates in states like Louisiana, Arkansas, Maine and Pennsylvania. But although CBS has approved the ad for national distribution and talks are ongoing with FOX, NBC has questioned some of the ad's facts while ABC has labeled it "partisan." "The ABC Television Network has a long-standing policy that we do not sell time for advertising that presents a partisan position on a controversial public issue," spokeswoman Susan Sewell said in a written statement. "Just to be clear, this is a policy for the entire network, not just ABC News." NBC, meanwhile, said it has not turned down the ad and will reconsider it with some revisions. "We have not rejected the ad," spokeswoman Liz Fischer told FOXNews.com. "We have communicated with the media agency about some factual claims that require additional substantiation. As always, we are happy to reconsider the ad once these issues are addressed." Adams objects to ABC's assertion that his group's position is partisan. "It's a position that we would argue a vast majority of Americans stand behind," he said. "Obviously, it's a message that ABC and the Obama administration haven't received yet." Dick Morris, a FOX News political analyst and the League of American Voters' chief strategist, conceptualized the advertisement and said its purpose was to "refocus" the debate on health care reform. "I feel the whole debate on health care reform needed to be refocused on the issue of Medicare," he told FOXNews.com. "Most of the debate had been on issues of socialized medicine and cost. I felt that the impact of the legislation in cutting the Medicare program and enforcing rationing needed to be addressed." Morris, a onetime advisor to former President Bill Clinton, said he was particularly troubled by ABC's decision not to air the spot. "It's the ultimate act of chutzpah because ABC is the network that turned itself over completely to Obama for a daylong propaganda fest about health care reform," he said. "For them to be pious and say they will not accept advertising on health care shuts their viewers out from any possible understanding of both sides of this issue."

My first GrandSon was born early by one month. Last Saturday-today is day five in this world. Mason Hunter McKee (my son Brad and Jenn his wifes' child). He went home Monday under weight ad some Jondis. Tuesday they had to take him to Arnold Palmers Children Hosp. Orlando. Sleeping to much and Jondis had raised. Still today (27th) in hospital with Jondis(? spelling) raising and temp. still to low. Monday just before they discharged Mason --gave him Hepatitis B shot. That I do not understand with him being a Prime ands already yellowish with Jondis.

What is humility? What does it mean? As Christians are we to be humble? What is humility? Humbleness/being humble. What is Humble? Modest/not proud, to admit you were wrong, less proud/less important. Did Jesus Christ have humility? Yes, He was. So, if Jesus Christ was humble, shouldn't we be? The answer to that is YES! Not proud or you owe me God. You cannot bargain with God! Would you go to the President and be so bold. No, you would not. So, why would we go to God, like that. He tells us to be humble, He tells us also to know what you need, what verse of His Word to use. I know what I'm trying to say is to pray as Jesus did. Jesus was very humble; He knew the Word & used it. That is the guide line for us also. The great people of the Old & New Testament were humble. Abraham, Joseph, Ruth, Esther, David, John the Baptist, Mary, Paul, & a lot more. Today people have just one thing in mind. What's in it for me. Look what I have done for the Lord. Even the leaders of churches doesn't want you to know the Word. If it wasn't for translators of the Bible, we would not have a bible. That is one of the reasons God tells us to be humble. From D.L. Moody book Your Victory in Jesus: " I once heard a little bird singing faintly close by me. At last, it got clear out of sight, & then its notes were still sweeter. The higher it flew, the sweeter its notes sounded. If we can only get self out of sight & learn from Him who was meek & lowly in heart we will be lifted up into heavenly places." Now, John the Baptist never talked himself up. Now John was the son of an old priest, John had higher position because of his dad. John the Baptist preached to great crowds. Even Herod. John the Baptist was preaching that Mark 1:7 And preached, saying, There commeth one mightier then I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I an not worthy to stoup down, & un-loose. Now Jesus Christ was looked upon as a deceiver, & a village carpenter. They were cousins. So Jesus was starting to preach. John the Baptist baptized Jesus. How many people could really do that to decrease to grow smaller & smaller. So that Christ may increase. Today people would say my cous is taking over my preaching, It would become a family feud. This has gotten me, thinking. I know it would be very hard to do. I want to be less of me and more of Jesus. That is easy to say, Going to school, working, & trying to get a title. I worked in hotels I always wanted to become a General Manager, It never happen. I kept going. Now I'm glad I didn't become a GM. I'm writing sermons & places them on the blog. I feel good & even better about myself because, I've tried to be less of me & more of Jesus. I have to get real with God. God doesn't want us to put ourselves down. Going around saying poor me, look how humble I can be. That isn't being humble. That is just being stupid to the Lord & everybody around you. Now it's ok to look stupid to the people around you but, not to God. I stick my foot in my several times. Let's just get real with God. That is all He is asking anyway. She writes an open letter to our nation's leadership: I'm a home grown American citizen, 53, registered Democrat all my life. Before the last presidential election I registered as a Republican because I no longer felt the Democratic Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. Now I no longer feel the Republican Party represents my views or works to pursue issues important to me. The fact is I no longer feel any political party or representative in Washington represents my views or works to pursue the issues important to me. There must be someone. Please tell me who you are. Please stand up and tell me that you are there and that you're willing to fight for our Constitution as it was written. Please stand up now. You might ask yourself what my views and issues are that I would horribly feel so disenfranchised by both major political parties. What kind of nut job am I? Will you please tell me? Well, these are briefly my views and issues for which I seek representation: One, illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration. Two, the TARP bill, I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal. Three: Czars, I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it. Four, cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say. Five, universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down! Six, growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there. Seven, ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate. Eight, redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? Why -- what do you have against shareholders making a profit? Nine, charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves. Ten, corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band-Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us. Eleven, transparency and accountability.How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try -- please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.. Twelve, unprecedented quick spending. Stop it now!! Take a breath. Listen to the people. Let's just slow down and get some input from some nonpoliticians on the subject. Stop making everything an emergency. Stop speed reading our bills into law. I am not an activist. I am not a community organizer. Nor am I a terrorist, a militant or a violent person.= I am a parent and a grandparent. I work. I'm busy. I'm busy. I am busy, and I am tired. I thought we elected competent people to take care of the business s of government so that we could work, raise our families, pay our bills, have a little recreation, complain about taxes, endure our hardships, pursue our personal goals, cut our lawn, wash our cars on the weekends and be responsible contributing members of society and teach our children to be the same all while living in the home of the free and land of the brave. I entrusted you with upholding the Constitution. I believed in the checks and balances to keep from getting far off course. What happened? You are very far off course. Do you really think I find humor in the hiring of a speed reader to unintelligently ramble all through a bill that you signed into law without knowing what it contained? I do not. It is a mockery of the responsibility I have entrusted to you. It is a slap in the face. I am not laughing at your arrogance. Why is it that I feel as if you would not trust me to make a single decision about my own life and how I would live it but you should expect that I should trust you with the debt that you have laid on all of us and our children. We did not want the TARP bill. We said no. We would repeal it if we could. I am sure that we still cannot. There is such urgency and recklessness in all of the recent spending. From my perspective, it seems that all of you have gone insane. I also know that I am far from alone in these feelings. Do you honestly feel that your current pursuits have merit to patriotic Americans? We want it to stop. We want to put the brakes on everything that is being rushed by us and forced upon us. We want our voice back. You have forced us to put our lives on hold to straighten out the mess that you are making. We will have to give up our vacations, our time spent with our children, any relaxation time we may have had and money we cannot afford to spend on you to bring our concerns to Washington Our president often knows all the right buzzword is unsustainable. Well, no kidding. How many tens of thousands of dollars did the focus group cost to come up with that word? We don't want your overpriced words. Stop treating us like we're morons. We want all of you to stop focusing on your re-election and do the job we want done, not the job you want done or the job your party wants done. You work for us and at this rate I guarantee you not for long because we are coming. We will be heard and we will be represented. You think we're so busy with our lives that we will never come for you? We are the formerly silent majority, all of us who quietly work , pay taxes, obey the law, vote, save money, keep our noses to the grindstone and we are now looking up at you. You have awakened us, the patriotic spirit so strong and so powerful that it had been sleeping too long. You have pushed us too far. Our numbers are great. They may surprise you. For every one of us who will be there, there will be hundreds more that could not come. Unlike you, we have their trust. We will represent them honestly, rest assured. They will be at the polls on voting day to usher you out of office. We have cancelled vacations. We will use our last few dollars saved. We will find the representation among us and a grassroots campaign will flourish. We didn't ask for this fight. But the gloves are coming off. We do not come in violence, but we are angry. You will represent us or you will be replaced with someone who will. There are candidates among us who will rise like a Phoenix from the ashes that you have made of our constitution. The trustees who oversee Social Security are projecting there won't be a cost of living adjustment (COLA) for the next two years. That hasn't happened since automatic increases were adopted in 1975. By law, Social Security benefits cannot go down. Nevertheless, monthly payments would drop for millions of people in the Medicare prescription drug program because the premiums, which often are deducted from Social Security payments, are scheduled to go up slightly. "I will promise you, they count on that COLA," said Barbara Kennelly, a former Democratic congresswoman from Connecticut who now heads the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare. "To some people, it might not be a big deal. But to seniors, especially with their health care costs, it is a big deal." Cost of living adjustments are pegged to inflation, which has been negative this year, largely because energy prices are below 2008 levels. Advocates say older people still face higher prices because they spend a disproportionate amount of their income on health care, where costs rise faster than inflation. Many also have suffered from declining home values and shrinking stock portfolios just as they are relying on those assets for income. "For many elderly, they don't feel that inflation is low because their expenses are still going up," said David Certner, legislative policy director for AARP. "Anyone who has savings and investments has seen some serious losses." About 50 million retired and disabled Americans receive Social Security benefits. The average monthly benefit for retirees is $1,153 this year. All beneficiaries received a 5.8 percent increase in January, the largest since 1982. More than 32 million people are in the Medicare prescription drug program. Average monthly premiums are set to go from $28 this year to $30 next year, though they vary by plan. About 6 million people in the program have premiums deducted from their monthly Social Security payments, according to the Social Security Administration. Millions of people with Medicare Part B coverage for doctors' visits also have their premiums deducted from Social Security payments. Part B premiums are expected to rise as well. But under the law, the increase cannot be larger than the increase in Social Security benefits for most recipients. There is no such hold-harmless provision for drug premiums. Kennelly's group wants Congress to increase Social Security benefits next year, even though the formula doesn't call for it. She would like to see either a 1 percent increase in monthly payments or a one-time payment of $150. The cost of a one-time payment, a little less than $8 billion, could be covered by increasing the amount of income subjected to Social Security taxes, Kennelly said. Workers only pay Social Security taxes on the first $106,800 of income, a limit that rises each year with the average national wage. But the limit only increases if monthly benefits increase. Critics argue that Social Security recipients shouldn't get an increase when inflation is negative. They note that recipients got a big increase in January — after energy prices had started to fall. They also note that Social Security recipients received one-time $250 payments in the spring as part of the government's economic stimulus package. Consumer prices are down from 2008 levels, giving Social Security recipients more purchasing power, even if their benefits stay the same, said Andrew G. Biggs, a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, a Washington think tank. "Seniors may perceive that they are being hurt because there is no COLA, but they are in fact not getting hurt," Biggs said. "Congress has to be able to tell people they are not getting everything they want." Social Security is also facing long-term financial problems. The retirement program is projected to start paying out more money than it receives in 2016. Without changes, the retirement fund will be depleted in 2037, according to the Social Security trustees' annual report this year. President Barack Obama has said he would like tackle Social Security next year, after Congress finishes work on health care, climate change and new financial regulations. Lawmakers are preoccupied by health care, making it difficult to address other tough issues. Advocates for older people hope their efforts will get a boost in October, when the Social Security Administration officially announces that there will not be an increase in benefits next year. "I think a lot of seniors do not know what's coming down the pike, and I believe that when they hear that, they're going to be upset," said Sen. Bernie Sanders, an independent from Vermont who is working on a proposal for one-time payments for Social Security recipients. WHEN FEAR REIGNS By Pastor Butch Paugh August 22, 2009 NewsWithViews.com We have all heard it said that silence is golden. There are times however; when silence can become the most vile, contemptible and cowardly evil that could ever permeate a society; when silence is the fruit of fear. When through silence a society condones any evil, silence becomes sin! When a societies laws become corrupt and the power (civil authorities) that pass and enforce these laws becomes so totally invasive and seemingly so powerful, that the evil perpetrated by them is quietly and meekly accepted by the people in that society, then “fear reigns”! Justice, judgment and truth are destroyed, evil is, at first tolerated, and eventually and inevitably embraced! The longer the deafening silence remains, the greater becomes the fear and evil and the embracing of them. And the greater the fear, the greater the silence! Fear and silence are cancers that will slowly devour the very conscience of man and will surely destroy his soul. The scriptures tell us that fear is bondage, (Rom. 8:15) and that Christ came to deliver us from it (Heb. 2:15). Fear brings torment (I John 4:18), and will eventually cause us to be cast into eternal damnation! (Rev. 21:8) All manner of evil, unspeakable atrocities, detestable, despicable, vile and decadent evils become accepted as healthy and good! As the twins of fear and ignorance are nurtured and grown, so grows the immoral, putrid filth of what reprobate mankind will accept and embrace! Without the absolute unchangeable laws of natures Creator, nature itself becomes perverted! Mans debauchery knows no limits when once he is allowed to break the eternal immutable laws of God, and no man has the courage to correct, punish or destroy that evil! (Jer. 17:9 – Rom. 1:28) A wise man once said, “That which we tolerate today, we will embrace tomorrow”. I think it could be safely stated that, “that which we tolerate today, we will embrace tomorrow, and that it will eventually become politically correct and “legally” protected.” At that point, society is doomed if the righteous cease being righteous through the silence of sin! Evil can only reign through fear! Fear can only control the people when they become part of that evil through fear itself! Ignorance, fear and tyranny, both spiritual and physical, are the fruit of a complacent and cowardly society! The only “salvation” for a nation (society) that has turned from righteous foundations and started drifting toward evil, is for the righteous people of that nations society to rise up in whatever means necessary to “cut” that evil root out of their society, lest that root grow and destroy their nation! History and scripture are replete with accounts of righteous men, whether few or many (righteous men rely on God’s strength), who have protected the innocent, overthrown tyrants and destroyed evil from among them for the glory of their Creator and the sake of their future generations! A reverent fear of God will allow a “righteous” people to do no less! Our founding fathers, which are now called “terrorists” by the wicked, vile and hateful powers that now rule by force, prove the above statement. These righteous few were willing to lose all their “stuff” and sacrifice their very lives to restore and preserve a righteous society for future generations! If we truly are the lovers of liberty as we proclaim to be, if we are part of “the” called (Rom. 8:28), and if we are truly the sons and daughters of God, we can do no less! The blood of untold numbers of righteous men who went before us and the pure, righteous blood of our Saviour is crying out to us to stand, to speak out, to fight, and if need be, to die standing against evil, no matter what “form” it may take. Evil may appear as a masked figure seeking to steal, kill and destroy! Or it may appear in a uniform, wearing a badge, a black robe or a three piece suit! It may appear in the halls of Congress in the halls of “justice-judgment”, or in the church sanctuary posing as a minister of light (II Cor. 11:15). If those that call themselves the church (called out ones) are sincerely seeking to do righteousness they will not be silenced! They will grow into the maturity and in the mind of Christ, and will be able to discern between good and evil (Heb. 5:14). If they are His bride, they will expose evil (Eph. 5:11), hate it (Ps. 37:10, Job 1:1, Rom. 12:9, I Pet. 3:11), and destroy (purge) it from themselves and their nation or it will destroy their nation.(Deut. 17:7-19, 19:20-21, 22:21, 24:7, Rom. 1:32) I know how a lot of people who read this will think to themselves that you have quoted all, but one of the scriptures, out of the Old Testament. There are many other scriptures in the writings of the New Testament that most definitely make reference to the death penalty. One very important point that most people do not consider when studying the New Testament, is the fact that Israel was under bondage to a foreign conqueror, namely the Roman empire, because they had sinned by not following the laws of God written to them in the Old Testament! There was no New Testament when the Christ came, nor for decades after He went back to His Father. We must indeed be very careful to rightfully divide the Word of Truth (II Tim. 2:16). Advertisement By their fruits you shall know them! A truly born again individual cannot remain silent. If he does not stand for truth (John 14:6) then he knows that hell is his doom! (Mt. 10:33) Many will cry, “Lord, Lord!” and honor Him with their “lips” but their hearts are not with Him! (Mt. 7:22-23, 15:8) Through the fear of man shall the masses be deceived into Hell! (Mt. 15:28) Let’s get back to discussing the paralyzing fear that now grips and controls our society, including the modern day church in America. I have been told by many that I am a brave man, but to be bluntly honest, I am just an ordinary man with all the weaknesses of others. The only difference is the strength and courage that comes to me from an absolute faith I have in my Savior and sovereign God! Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the overcoming of fear through faith! The complacency and compromise we see in the church today is the result of generations of false teaching, both outside and inside the church walls. Government controlled public schools and seminaries have, through lies and false teachings, destroyed the knowledge of truth in scriptures and history. We now have the product (fruit) of generations of a deliberate dumping down of society. An ignorant, apathetic, spineless, mindless, soulless, mass of humanity that only desires one thing (Hos. 4:6): security! They have sold themselves into a total tyranny for a bowl of “soup.” Now we have become a people that are willing to accept anything the powers that be determine to be “good.” Our civil leaders and ignorant or perhaps willfully ignorant pastors have taught us that to obey man’s laws is the only way to please “God.” Civil government has become totally decadent because the “social” church has become complacent and has sinned unto silence! Not only has civil authority ignored and tried to destroy the eternal law of God, but the church itself has become totally antinomian, (without law). They have taught that the law has been done away with, contrary to scriptures themselves! (Mt.5:12) Without law, there is no sin (Rom. 3:20, 4:15, and 5:13). Christ did not free us from the law, but rather from the curse of the law, sin and death! (Rom. 8: 1-15) To break God’s law makes you a sinner even if you go to church and profess Christ! (I John 3:4, Rom. 3:31) Fear itself is a fruit of sin! (Rom. 8:15) We who walk after the Spirit and are of God overcome the spirit of fear! (II Tim. 1:7) Perfect (mature) love cast out fear and the torment that comes with it! (I John 4:16) So then, why are those who call themselves the redeemed of God, afraid to even speak the truth? We have become a people so fearful of offending evil, fearful that we may be persecuted and or prosecuted for even speaking the truth that we have fulfilled Mt. 5:13 because of our sinful silence! We are so pleased to speak of forgiveness, meekness, humbleness and “love” that we have forsaken teaching the very essence of forgiveness and salvation! Repentance! How does society know to repent if no man has the Godly courage to expose their sin!? Why has the church become so politically correct, which is simply a term for complacency and compromise, that we don’t call sodomy, murder, adultery, fornication, stealing, covetousness, and all other things contrary to the righteous laws of God what they are!? Sin! Abominations!? Evil!? Decadence and immorality!? Why does the “church” remain, in reality, silent on these matters!? Do we not know that we are going to give account for the evil that we tolerate!? Because we say that we know God and call ourselves the people of God, and confess that we love Him with our lips, but we fail to stand against evil it will bring a greater damnation on us!? Are we not just making pretense of righteousness? (Mt. 23:14, Pro. 24:10-12, Luke 12:47-48) How are we not like the Pharisees that Christ called the sons of Satan? (James 4:17, Mt. 23:24-33) We have become such a wicked and perverse generation, just as spoken of in the scriptures, that we now call good evil and evil good (Is. 5:20). Why does our society, and even most “Christians” lament the death of a murderer of 60,000 innocent children (abortionist Tiller), and condemn the one who had the Godly courage to stop the slaughter of the innocent while weeping and wailing over the early death of a man who help “pervert” the minds of millions?! A man who paid at least one family $15 million in hush money so they wouldn’t expose his perversion with children! These two instances are irrefutable proof of the conditions of society in America! The “church” today prefers to “pick and choose” the scriptures they want to believe and live by! They ignore the manifold scriptures that condemn murderers, sodomites, lesbians, adulterers, fornicators and others to death! Both in the Old and New Testaments! They choose to ignore the scriptures in Numbers 25 where one man had the courage to do what was right while the civil and church authorities sat by and did nothing! And by doing what was right, saved an entire nation. Or when the head preacher of his day (high priest) in II Kings chapter 11, overthrew the civil authority even with being charged with treason and reinstated “lawful” government! The “preachers” stepped up to the holy call to stop an unrighteous civil government and set a whole nation free from an ungodly tyrant! Just like the preachers and clergy of the Revolution in America! Our time is fast coming to close for a chance of repentance in America! We may have already crossed the line according to II Kings 24:4 with the holocaust of abortion (killing) of 60 million children! Be that as it may, we are still accountable to a Holy God for our sin of silence! Our silence and inaction has been and will continue to be, judged both now and in eternity! The choice is ours! We will all answer individually on the Day of Judgment! (II Cor. 5:10) It is the whole duty of all men to obey God! (Ecc. 12:13-14) How much more to those who confess Him as Savior!? Accountability to a Holy God is not optional! America, repent or perish!

Obama Town Hall Meeting in Belgrade, Montana

First-hand Witness to Staged Obama Town Hall Meeting in Belgrade, Montana by Sue Citizen August 18, 2009 By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Joe and I live here and we were at the airport on Friday I should share some facts with you. Whatever you decide to do with the information is up to you. If you chose to share this email with others I do ask that you DELETE my email address before you forward this on. On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the President would be coming here. There are many groups here that are against his healthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and deciding on what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANY details other than the date. On about Tuesday Joe found out that they would be holding the "Town Hall" at the airport. (This is only because Joe knows EVERYONE at the airport) Our airport is actually located outside of Belgrade (tiny town) in a very remote location. Nothing is around there. They chose to use a hangar that is the most remotely located hangar. You could not pick a more remote location, and you can not get to it easily. It is totally secluded from the public. FYI: We have many areas in Belgrade and Bozeman which could have held a large amount of folks with sufficient parking. (gymnasiums/auditoriums). All of which have chairs and tables, and would not have to be SHIPPED IN!! $$$$ During the week, cargo by the TONS was being shipped in constantly. Airport employees could not believe how it just kept coming. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$ Late Tuesday/early Wednesday the 12th, they said that tickets would be handed out on Thursday 9am at two locations and the president would be arriving around 12:30 Friday. Thursday morning about 600 tickets were passed out. However, 1500 were printed at a Local printing shop per White House request. Hmmmm......900 tickets just DISAPPEARED. This same morning someone called into the radio from the local UPS branch and said that THOUSANDS of Dollars of Lobster were shipped in for Obama. Montana has some of the best beef in the nation!!! And it would have been really wonderful to help out the local economy. Anyone heard of the Recession?? Just think...with all of the traveling the White House is doing. $$$$$ One can only imagine what else we are paying for. On Friday Joe and I got out to the airport about 10:45am. The groups that wanted to protest Obama's spending and healthcare had gotten a permit to protest and that area was roped off. But that was not to be. A large bus carrying SEIU (Service Employees International Union) members drove up onto the area (illegal) and unloaded right there. It was quite a commotion and there were specifically 2 SEIU men trying to make trouble and start a fight. Police did get involved and arrested the one man but they said they did not have the manpower to remove the SEIU crowd. The SEIU crowd was very organized and young. About 99% were under the age of 30 and they were not locals! They had bullhorns and PROFESSIONALLY made signs. Some even wore preprinted T-shirts. Oh, and Planned Parenthood folks were with them.....professing abortion rights with their T-shirts and preprinted signs. (BTW, all these folks did have a permit to protest in ANOTHER area) Those against healthcare/spending moved away from the SEIU crowd to avoid confrontation. They were orderly and respectful. Even though SEIU kept coming over and walking through, continuing to be very intimidating and aggressive at the direction of the one SEIU man. So we had Montana folks from ALL OVER the state with their homemade signs and their DOGS with homemade signs. We had cowboys, nurses, doctors you name it. There was even a guy from Texas who had been driving through. He found out about the occasion, went to the store, made a sign, and came to protest. If you are wondering about the press.....Well, all of the major networks were over by that remote hangar I mentioned. They were conveniently parked on the other side of the buildings FAR away. None of these crowds were even visible to them. I have my doubts that they knew anything about the crowds. We did have some local news media around us from this state and Idaho. Speaking of the local media...they were invited. However, all questions were to be turned into the White House in advance of the event. Wouldn't want anyone to have to think off the top of their head. It was very obvious that it was meant to be totally controlled by the White House. Everything was orchestrated down to the last detail to make it appear that Montana is just crazy for Obama and government healthcare. Even those people that talked about their insurance woes........the White House called our local HRDC (Human Resource and Development Committee) and asked for names. Then the White House asked those folks to come. Smoke and mirrors...EVERYTHING was staged!!!!!!!!!!! I am very dismayed about what I learned about our current White House. The amount of control and manipulation was unbelievable. I felt I was not living in the United States of America, more like the USSR!! I was physically nauseous. Joe and I have been around when Presidents or Heads of State visit. It has NEVER been like this. I am truly very frightened for our country. America needs your prayers and your voices. If you care about our country please get involved. Know the issues. And let Congress hear your voices again and again!! If they are willing to put forth so much effort to BULLY a small town one can only imagine what is going on in Washington DC. Scary!! PROMISES

I will be using D.L. Moody book "Your Victory in Jesus". Mr. Moody shows a lot of insight that I have not even come close. I just cannot explain. He did a lot with his experience, the Holy Spirit really moved in his life. And reading his book, he talks about types of promises we have. Promises was for individual & to nations. Israel was one of the nations that God gave promises to. Other nations that stand with Israel would be under Gods protection also. The Israel enemy was beaten. And there were curses on them. Some promises has conditions to them. Such as the one helping Israel had. Others does not have conditions. Psalm 66:18 If I regard iniquities in my heart; the Lord will not hear me. Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun & shield; the Lord will give grace & glory; no good thing will be withheld from them that walk upright As Psalm 84:11 says you have to walk upright, not before men but walking upright before God. That is a big difference. We may not have the promises that Abraham had or even David. God gives us all different promises. The promises is what will bring glory to God. We get a lot of wonderful promises & He keeps them. If your heart is harden, & since your heart is out of wak. Take it to the maker and have it set correctly. Living with a harden heart isn't the best thing for you. Stand on the promises to get the heart un-harden. Matthew 11:28-30 28) Come unto me all you that labor, & are heavy laden, & I will give you rest. 29) Take my yoke upon you, & learn of me, for I am meek & lowly in heart; & you shall find rest unto your souls. 30) For my yoke is easy, & my burden is light. 1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him for he careth for you. If people & churches would realize that casting ALL your care upon Jesus Christ/God it would make your life a lot easier and you can rest in the Lord!! Why do we always make it harder on ourselves? We would be victorious if we get out of our way and follow him. Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, & carried out sorrows; yet we did esteemed him stricken, smitten of God, & afflicted. God wants to carry our burdens, griefs, sorrow, addictions, take away our sin, to repair a harden heart, our sickness. For us not to carry those things which is our yoke. People will drop there yoke, when they come to church but, pick it back up going out the door. We should drop & keep going to never look back at those. Cast ALL your cares upon Jesus & leave them with Him!! Don't be like they were in John 5:40 And you will not come to me, that you might have life John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me, shall come to me; & him that cometh to me, I will in no wise cast out. So, go to Jesus Christ He promises that He will take ALL your cares!! Since we have such a promise as this; cling to it & never give up that promise. Follow the will of God. Prayer for Health Care & the US

Keep your eyes on the Health Care Bill. Pray about the Bill & our Government to do the correct thing for everybody, young, old, disable, healthy, everybody. Our government does need reform to return to the people & let the people have more say about what effects them & the US. This country can become as great as it was. It just needs heavy prayer for Senators, the House, President, Congress, special groups who campaign for different things. Pray that we return to God our Father. Lockerbie Flight

Abdelbaset Ali Mohmet al-Megrahi, the only person convicted for downing a US passenger jet that killed 270 people over Lockerbie, prepares to board an aircraft at Glasgow airport in Scotland on August 20. A hero's welcome given to the Lockerbie bomber in Libya sparked fury in the United States and Britain which both warned Tripoli of serious diplomatic repercussions. I know this is a slap in our face by Scotland & Libya. I have mixed feeling about it. He murder over 200 people. This morning they said his cancer may not be as bad as Scotland said it was. He needed medical care, I do agree with that. If it would have been a US citizen they would have made them stay. Please take a moment of silence for the families of the Lockerbie flight. And pray for America's safety when they travel. You do not want one of your family to be murder like this. And let the murderer go free.

As a U.S. Senator, I have an obligation to ensure that our courts are filled with qualified, impartial judges. While Judge Sotomayor has an impressive resume, I am concerned that her personal judgments and views will impact her judicial decisions. This would be great! THE JOB - URINE TEST (Whoever wrote this one deserves a HUGE pat on the back!) Like most folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. So, here is my Question: Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ass - doing drugs, while I work. . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check? I guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'. Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don't. Hope you all will pass it along, though. Some thing has to change in this country -- and soon!!!!!!! THIS ONE IS SOOOOOOOO TRUE - PLEASE READ IT Subject: It's neat. I would never trade my amazing friends, my wonderful life, my loving family for less gray hair or a flatter belly. As I've aged, I've become kinder to myself, and less critical of myself. I've become my own friend. I don't chide myself for eating that extra cookie, or for not making my bed, or for buying that silly cement gecko that I didn't need, but looks so avante garde on my patio.. I am entitled to a treat, to be messy, to be extravagant. I have seen too many dear friends leave this world too soon; before they understood the great freedom that comes with aging. Whose business is it if I choose to read or play on the computer until 4 AM and sleep until noon? I will dance with myself to those wonderful tunes of the 60 &70's, and if I, at the same time, wish to weep over a lost love ... I will. I will walk the beach in a swim suit that is stretched over a bulging body, and will dive into the waves with abandon if I choose to, despite the pitying glances from the jet set. They, too, will get old. I know I am sometimes forgetful. But there again, some of life is just as well forgotten. And I eventually remember the important things. Sure, over the years my heart has been broken. How can your heart not break when you lose a loved one, or when a child suffers, or even when somebody's beloved pet gets hit by a car? But broken hearts are what give us strength and understanding and compassion. A heart never broken is pristine and sterile and will never know the joy of being imperfect.. I am so blessed to have lived long enough to have my hair turning gray, and to have my youthful laughs be forever etched into deep grooves on my face. So many have never laughed, and so many have died before their hair could turn silver. As you get older, it is easier to be positive. You care less about what other people think. I don't question myself anymore. I've even earned the right to be wrong. So, to answer your question, I like being old. It has set me free. I like the person I have become. I am not going to live forever, but while I am still here, I will not waste time lamenting what could have been, or worrying about what will be. Holy Spirit 1

Who is the Holy Spirit Part One The Holy Spirit is a person. He is the third party on/of the Trinity, The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit, The Holy Spirit is just as much of God as the Father, and God the Son. Jesus referred to Holy Spirit as a He not an it; because the Holy Spirit is not a force but a person. Romans 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are Children of God. We see from Gods Word that the Holy Spirit has intellect, emotions, and will. Also the Bible reads as someone who wasn't just a force, but a real person. The Holy Spirit speaks to us. Revelation 2:7A He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. That small still voice. The one that tells you to go a certain way and you go and avoid a car wreck or some bad thing. We need to listen as a whole, as the church, His Bride. He intercedes for us: Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered. Jesus sent Him as an intercede. Mostly when we do not know what or how to pray. He stands before God as that intercede. He gives us strength when we are weak. I'm so thankful that the Holy Spirit is there in my weakness. If I'm hurting I have a hard time praying. He knows what I feel on my heart that I don't know how to ask/pray and he can say that to God for me. He knows me. That is why he can intercede for me. The Holy Spirit testifies: John 15:26 But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father He will testify of Me. He leads us: Acts 8:29 Then the Spirit said to Philip, Go near and overtake this chariot. Philip ran and caught up with that chariot. Could you run as fast as a horse? Not me. Philip obeyed and look what he was able to do. Wouldn't you like that! Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, theses are the sons of God. He leads us by Gods Spirit. And He lets us know that we really are the Sons of God. Just as I was led to talk about the Holy Spirit. And where to look. He lead me. He commands us: Acts 16:6-7 (6)Now when they had gone through Phrygin and the region of Galetia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia, (7)After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the spirit did not permit them. This says it all. Gods Spirit knows what is best for us The Holy Spirit Guides us: John 16:13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth has come, He will guide you into all truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but, whatever He hears He will speak, and He will tell you things to come. The Holy Spirit doesn't speak about His own authority, He speaks what God tells Him to tell us. He doesn't make something up. He only tells the truth; the whole truth. And we should listen. He appoints: Acts 20:28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God, which He purchased with His own blood. He has appointed us as overseers of the flock, just as the Good Shepherd oversees his flock, his family. We are His children he paid the price for us with the shedding of Jesus blood. In the Hawaiian language O'HANA - means family never gets left behind. And as overseers we cannot leave anybody behind. We're to up-lift them, to stand by each other, to love one another, to be O'hana. Come and be a part of the family of God. Our Big Brother Jesus paid the price for it so, we could be adopted and become the family of God
