REASON THEY HATE FOX NEWS

Every day in my office I have a regular routine when I arrive. I am always in thanksgiving to the Lord for blessing the ministry, my family and my partners. I then turn on my computer, and Fox News on the wide screen to the left of my desk. I keep the news on literally all day long, to observe any breaking report that may occur. In this manner, I can immediately research or make contact with people that may give more insight into the event(s). Often calls will come in with individuals asking questions about what is occurring.
Occasionally I have access to the Nelson Ratings that reveals the number of households watching a particular program. What is somewhat amazing is that out of the ten most watched cable news networks, Fox News has 6 of the top 10 programs. In fact Fox's lowest rated program often beats out MSNBC and CNN by thousands or even hundreds of thousands of viewers.
You may have heard about the verbal attacks going on with the present administration against Fox News. It seems that according to recent reports on the Drudgereport.com, Anita Dunn the White House Communications director said the administration now "controls" the news media (see worldnetdaily.com. Monday, October 19, 2009). It has been reported and proven by Glen Beck that certain networks are owned by businesses that stand to gain billions of dollars if the presidents green agenda and cap and trade pass. Thus, the media moguls express positive comments toward every movement and all legislation passed.
Recently, on the question was asked why the administration hates the Fox News Network. I suggest it is the only network that has individuals asking the tough questions that no one in DC wants to answer. I also suggest that it is the only network that is exposing the corruption of some of the Tzars, ACORN, and the double standard of hypocrisy among the legislators...you know, the we pay our taxes but they don't pay them - kind of folks. Literally, no other major network exposes the frightening behind the scenes plan and people that are now in charge.
One of the main strategies being initiated is to paint anyone and everyone who disagrees with the president's agenda of government run health care, more bail out money, and higher taxes as a racist and anti-American. While just this accusation may intimidate a few from speaking out, most American's are too smart to fall for an untruth that is being propagated by the most liberal elitist donkey cons in U.S. history. It is a strategy to make a person feel "guilty" for disagreeing with our leaders. Recently on Manna-fest, when Bill Cloud revealed his expose of Ezekiel 20, he received very negative e-mails accusing him of being a bigot and racist. We just had to laugh at such a ludicrous charge. When ministers Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson lambasted Regan, Bush I and Bush II, were they being racists? I don't think so. They were simply giving their opinions as citizens and certainly have a right to do so, as do all Americans.
I learned something many years ago. Whenever a person or an organization becomes controversial, the public controversy actually draws more people who will listen, to or check out that person or organization. Thus, negative publicity is still publicity. The more they tell people not to watch Fox, the more people tune in to see what all of the fuss is about. While liberals love to dish it out it is apparent that they cannot take the heat in the kitchen or the sweat in the steam room.
I lived in Arlington, Virginia during the time of the Watergate fiasco. Richard Nixon was so angry at the articles being released by the Washington Post, that he chose to ban them from the White House. This only caused the Post to become more antagonistic against Nixon, and there was a daily barrage of reporting that eventually led to the impeachment of Nixon. At the time my father knew many high level workers in the government that predicted months before it happened that Nixon would step down.
During the Bush years, he could do nothing right according to the secular cable networks. Now, this administration can do nothing wrong according to the Network gods. If Bush were still in office, what would the press be saying about:
* The rising unemployment rate
* The continual loss of homes
* The American's dying daily in Afghanistan
* The government control of the auto industry
* The government control of the health industry
* The talk of taking over the internet
Oh, I can tell you what they would say, because they are saying it now. "It's all Bush's fault!" Should we be surprised? When Bush was in office, every day we heard the war in Iraq was failing. Now that there has been some success, oddly I have not heard one report in 6 months saying Bush, the generals and troops did a good job in Iraq. Also, Fox News has a large number of professing Christians on their programming. The other networks seem to lean antichristian, and very socialist in their motivations for reporting. Thus, we have the real root of the conflict: right against wrong, light against darkness, Christianity against humanism, capitalism against socialism and freedom verses control. My suggestion: Keep reading the Word, keep praying, keep being obedient to the Lord and when you want to watch the news, watch Fox for the truth that is being ignored by others. This is just my opinion.

MY THANKSGIVING PRAYER

That first Thanksgiving in the fall of 1621 saw about 50 Mayflower Pilgrims and 100 native Indians come together for a celebration feast consisting of a variety of homegrown vegetables--including corn, squash, beans, barley, and peas--along with wild turkey and venison. The precise date is not known, but it is believed to have taken place in late October or early November. Historians record that the Massachusetts weather was crisp, but not cold--and the fall foliage dazzled America's newcomers with a cornucopia of color.
These Pilgrims were mostly "Separatists," who had left Europe to seek a land of liberty, where men could be free to worship God according to the dictates of their own conscience--not according to the demands of a State church or an oppressive government. They made their intentions and motivations clear when they signed America's first covenant, a document called The Mayflower Compact:
"We whose names are underwritten . . . Having undertaken, for the Glory of God and advancement of the Christian faith . . ."
This undertaking had prompted them to leave their homes, livelihoods, families, friends, and way of life, and face a dangerous voyage across the Atlantic Ocean. Many became ill and some did not survive to see the new world. But they all believed that they were doing God's will and that He would honor their faith. And He certainly did.
Although the original Pilgrims had a few confrontations with the American Indians--some were even violent--for the most part, the Indians were friendly and accommodating. They taught the Pilgrims what crops to grow and how best to grow them. They helped them understand American agriculture and the ways of the wild game endemic to that part of North America. And by the time they held their first Thanksgiving banquet, the relationship between those original Pilgrims and Massasoit and his small tribe of Indians was one of genuine trust and friendship.
God had, indeed, smiled upon the small band of Pilgrims. They had survived a long, treacherous journey across the ocean, had written the immortal Mayflower Compact, had built their homes and community, had established a civil body-politic, had successfully planted and harvested enough food to keep them through the winter, and had established peaceful relations with the native Indians.
The Pilgrim Thanksgiving may have been the first such celebration, but it was far from the last.
Not long after becoming America's first (and greatest) President, George Washington issued our country's first Thanksgiving Proclamation on October 3, 1789. In the proclamation, Washington wrote:
"Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor . . .
"Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be--That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks--for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation--for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war--for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed--for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted--for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us.
"And also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech him to pardon our national and other transgressions--to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually--to render our national government a blessing to all the people, by constantly being a Government of wise, just, and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed--to protect and guide all Sovereigns and Nations (especially such as have shewn kindness unto us) and to bless them with good government, peace, and concord--To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us--and generally to grant unto all Mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as he alone knows to be best."

Presidents ever since have likewise issued proclamations of thanksgiving exhorting the American people to humbly acknowledge the protection and blessing of Heaven upon our land. It is particularly appropriate that they would do this. After all, we Americans--of all people--have sufficient reason to give corporate thanks to Almighty God, as our Christian forebears founded this land for the express purpose of seeking religious liberty.
The history of the world's nations is largely the story of one despot being replaced with another. Throughout the annals of human history, the story of human government is that of the rise and fall of one empire after another; one king or potentate after another. One dictatorship being replaced with another dictatorship. One form of monarchy replacing another form of monarchy. Some were kinder than others. Some were benevolent. Some were harsh. And some were downright cruel. But until July 4, 1776, there was no such thing as a nation founded on self-government, federalism, and religious liberty.
For the first time in world history, Christian people were granted a land of blessing and hope. In the human sense, America became to Christians what Canaan was to Old Testament Israel. In America, believers could live at peace with both their society and their government. They no longer had to choose between obeying their God and obeying their king. In America, there was no king, but King Jesus. In America, men could truly render unto God that which was God's, as Caesar did not demand for himself that which was God's alone. (In fact, in America, we have no Caesar.) Men no longer had to violate their conscience in order to stay out of jail. Believers were no longer required to worship at the altar of the State or the State Church. In America, men could live free.
I repeat: if anyone has a reason to give corporate thanksgiving unto God, it is the people of the United States.
The common attitudes being displayed by many Christians--along with their spiritual leaders and pastors--today, however, are truly disgusting: apathy, indifference, and lethargy seem to rule the day. I constantly hear things like: "God hasn't called me to get involved in politics," or "I am only called to preach the Gospel," or "Maybe we need to go into persecution," or "It's not my responsibility to save America." All of which exposes their personal cowardice and utter contempt for the sacrifices rendered by their brave ancestors--sacrifices which procured the very blessings of liberty that they now hoggishly wallow in without appreciation or afterthought. And now, when faced with the imminent threat of the loss of the very liberties that they have taken for granted, they glibly reject any personal responsibility to maintain said liberties for their posterity--and pharisaically excuse their miserable conduct with pious-sounding clichés. They even have the wicked audacity to attempt to use the Scripture as an unholy closet in which they might hide--the same Scripture that their forefathers claimed as an illuminating beacon that was used to conquer the darkness of oppression.
I pray that this Thanksgiving season may be a time of both rejoicing and reflection, as well as a time of feasting and fellowship. But may it also be a time of rededication and renewal; a time of determination and decision, that we will each give our whole heart, mind, and strength to the restoration of the principles of freedom and federalism upon which our republic was built. Let us renew the Spirit of '76 in America once more. In the face of whatever danger and challenge that may oppose us, I pray that we will be the ones that will rise up to reclaim the blessings of liberty for our children and our children's children. So help us, Almighty God!

HIGHEST FAITH THAT GROWS OUT OF LOVE
Highest Faith That Grows Out of Love
Such as a child loves his mother. There is that deep affection, that the child knows their mother. The child admires, revere, & loves their mom. The child feels perfectly safe in his mothers arms. He child knows that his mom will protect him. This is a deep affection we should have for Christ.
We become led by the Holy Spirit to accept the Father God, & Jesus Christ. Once we become saved Jesus Christ gives us direction. We know Jesus Christ and we admire, revere, & love Him. We feel perfectly safe in His hands/arms!!
We need to take & actually try the promises of the Bible. The promises of the Bible is the GOD'S WORD given to us. It's His Word, His promises. Not just a book, it's the living WORD. The LIVING PROMISES OF GOD!! As a child take & try it out! Prove God's Word, His Promises. Then after one you will see the promises are tried & true!!
Start out as the child & grow into a knowledgeable person of God. To know faith & to let your faith grow. Believe in God's love & His promises. Faith has the power of working by love. And God loves us. Remember He sent His Son for you & me. Jesus Christ shed His blood because HE LOVED US.
Change your affection & love as a Child of God.
Begin to give the Holy Spirit a place in your heart & life. The life that God has planned. Ask God the Father to work through you & then be still before God & listen to what He has to say. He is in you, Grow with Him. Allow His promises to work. HAVE HIS WORK BEGIN IN YOU & THROUGH YOU!
Reverence His temple in spirit & body; as your body & spirit is His Holy Temple. Let the consciousness of His Holy presence work & fill you with a calm reverence. Become what God has called you to be in Christ through His Holy Spirit. And the Holy Holy Spirit will work in you.
Go and prove that God's written Word is Living, True, & that God Promises are for today as they were in Jesus Christ days. He never changes!! And He is Always there!!
God's Bible/Word is filled with Promises. BELIEVE

Such as a child loves his mother. There is that deep affection, that the child knows their mother. The child admires, revere, & loves their mom. The child feels perfectly safe in his mothers arms. He child knows that his mom will protect him. This is a deep affection we should have for Christ.
We become led by the Holy Spirit to accept the Father God, & Jesus Christ. Once we become saved Jesus Christ gives us direction. We know Jesus Christ and we admire, revere, & love Him. We feel perfectly safe in His hands/arms!!
We need to take & actually try the promises of the Bible. The promises of the Bible is the GOD'S WORD given to us. It's His Word, His promises. Not just a book, it's the living WORD. The LIVING PROMISES OF GOD!! As a child take & try it out! Prove God's Word, His Promises. Then after one you will see the promises are tried & true!!
Start out as the child & grow into a knowledgeable person of God. To know faith & to let your faith grow. Believe in God's love & His promises. Faith has the power of working by love. And God loves us. Remember He sent His Son for you & me. Jesus Christ shed His blood because HE LOVED US.
Change your affection & love as a Child of God.
Begin to give the Holy Spirit a place in your heart & life. The life that God has planned. Ask God the Father to work through you & then be still before God & listen to what He has to say. He is in you, Grow with Him. Allow His promises to work. HAVE HIS WORK BEGIN IN YOU & THROUGH YOU!
Reverence His temple in spirit & body; as your body & spirit is His Holy Temple. Let the consciousness of His Holy presence work & fill you with a calm reverence. Become what God has called you to be in Christ through His Holy Spirit. And the Holy Holy Spirit will work in you.
Go and prove that God's written Word is Living, True, & that God Promises are for today as they were in Jesus Christ days. He never changes!! And He is Always there!!

Remember Lee Iacocca, the man who rescued Chrysler Corporation from its death throes? He's now 82 years old and has a new book, 'Where Have All The Leaders Gone?’ Lee Iacocca Says: 'Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder! We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, 'Stay the course..' Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America , not the damned, 'Titanic'. I'll give you a sound bite: 'Throw all the bums out!'You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. It’s another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down. On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A hell of a mess, so here's where we stand. We’re immersed in a bloody war with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving. Obama is running the biggest deficit in the history of the country. We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia , while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs. Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are in trouble due to poor leadership in school districts. Our borders are like sieves. The middle class is being squeezed every which way. These are times that cry out for leadership.But when you look around, you've got to ask: 'Where have all the leaders gone?' Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point. Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo? We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened. Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane or demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in the crucial hours after the storm. Everyone’s hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again. Now, that’s just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next time. Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it? Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debit, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry. I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn't elect you to sit on your asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of? That some bonehead on NBC news or CNN news will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change? Had Enough? Hey, I’m not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope - I believe inAmerica . In my lifetime, I've had the privilege of living through some of America ’s greatest moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises: The 'Great Depression,' 'World War II,' the 'Korean War,' the 'Kennedy Assassination,' the 'Vietnam War,' the 1970's oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11. If I’ve learned one thing, it's this: 'You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our children, we all have a role to play. Only a few people in the US know you elected an illegal alien to be President! A Muslim at that! And he jumped right in destroying the US from the inside. Osama bin Laden is smiling from ear to ear because he is winning the war on terror and you helped by voting his man in as President! That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a "Call to Action" for people who, like me, believe in America '. It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let’s shake off the crap and go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've had ‘enough.' Make your own contribution by sending this to everyone you know and care about. It’s our country, folks, and it's our future. Our future is at stake!! GOD'S WINGS
A little something to put things in perspective...
After a forest fire in Yellowstone National Park , forest rangers
began their trek up a mountain to assess the inferno's damage.
One ranger found a bird literally petrified in ashes, perched
statuesquely on the ground at the base of a tree. Somewhat
sickened by the eerie sight, he knocked over the bird with a stick.
When he gently struck it, three tiny chicks scurried from under
their dead mother's wings. The loving mother, keenly aware of
impending disaster, had carried her offspring to the base of the
tree and had gathered them under her wings, instinctively knowing
that the toxic smoke would rise.
She could have flown to safety but had refused to abandon her
babies. Then the blaze had arrived and the heat had scorched her
small body, the mother had remained steadfast ...because she had
been willing to die, so those under the cover of her wings would live.
'He will cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you will find refuge.'
(Psalm 91:4)
Being loved this much should make a difference in your life.
Remember the One who loves you, and then be different because of it.

Calling for an Up or Down Vote to Raise the Debt Limit
Earlier this week, our nation’s debt topped $12 trillion, and it is expected to top the $12.104 trillion debt ceiling by the end of this month. According to recent press reports, Speaker Pelosi intends to attach language to increase the debt limit to the Fiscal Year 2010 Defense Appropriations Bill rather than holding a straight up-or-down vote on it.
This Congress has recklessly spent massive amounts of taxpayer dollars and continues to pass legislation that will add to a burden of debt our children will be forced to deal with. That is unacceptable. Members of Congress should not be allowed to avoid debating this controversial issue by attaching language to raise the debt ceiling to legislation that will fund our troops. These are the Washington games folks around the nation are sick and tired of and I have called on Speaker Pelosi to hold a clean up-or-down vote on increasing the debt limit.

Standing up for Taxpayers in Financial Services Committee
The Financial Services Committee has spent a great deal of time over the past month considering legislation proposed by Chairman Barney Frank (D-MA). Most of these issues are intended to reform the financial industry, but will further inject government into private industry.
I offered an amendment this week to prohibit further taxpayer-funded bailouts, but unfortunately, it failed on a straight party-line vote. Kansans did not cause the meltdown of the financial industry in our nation, and it’s time for Washington to stop forcing Kansans and taxpayers from around the nation to bailout these firms. I will continue fighting to protect taxpayers and to restore fiscal responsibility at a time when our nation needs it the most.
I was proud this week to also support an amendment offered by Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) to audit the Federal Reserve. Folks around the nation are responsible for accounting for every penny they come in contact with, and I believe as our central bank, the Federal Reserve should be held accountable as well. This amendment passed by a vote of 43-26.
Protecting Your Second Amendment Rights
I learned long ago to respect and value our constitutional right to bear arms and will fight to uphold that right as a Member of Congress. Earlier this week, I signed an amicus curiae brief to urge the Supreme Court to uphold our Second Amendment rights as it prepares to hear the case of McDonald v. City of Chicago. While this case specifically applies to the City of Chicago, it will affect the legality of restrictive gun laws around the nation. A favorable ruling would ensure that all law-abiding individuals, regardless of where they live, will have the right to bear arms. I was proud to sign this brief and will always fight to protect our Second Amendment rights.
Health Care has Moved to the Senate
The health care debate has moved over to the Senate and just this week, Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) introduced his legislation. I had hoped the Senate would introduce a responsible plan to reform health care, but unfortunately, it appears the Reid plan is another expensive government takeover of health care that will cost trillions, raise taxes and cut Medicare. I am also concerned that the Senate plan does not include the Stupak amendment to prohibit federal funding of abortion that passed in the House with an overwhelming bipartisan majority. I joined other House Members sending a letter to Speaker Pelosi insisting that the Stupak language be included in the final bill.

Tonight I look forward to spending the evening with the Kansas Farm Bureau at their annual convention in Manhattan. I hope you will all tune into the Fox News Channel on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 to watch while I am on the America’s News Headquarters program.

A favorable ruling would ensure that all law-abiding individuals, regardless of where they live, will have the right to bear arms. I was proud to sign this brief and will always fight to protect our Second Amendment rights.
Health Care has Moved to the Senate
The health care debate has moved over to the Senate and just this week, Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) introduced his legislation. I had hoped the Senate would introduce a responsible plan to reform health care, but unfortunately, it appears the Reid plan is another expensive government takeover of health care that will cost trillions, raise taxes and cut Medicare. I am also concerned that the Senate plan does not include the Stupak amendment to prohibit federal funding of abortion that passed in the House with an overwhelming bipartisan majority. I joined other House Members sending a letter to Speaker Pelosi insisting that the Stupak language be included in the final bill.

The reason I am writing to you specifically is because Senator Ben Nelson holds a pivotal position in health care reform. In the past, he has been a strong champion in defense of life.
However, Senator Nelson has indicated that he would be satisfied with the “less restrictive language” on abortion funding and coverage of the Senate Finance Bill, rather than insisting upon the inclusion of the pro-life Stupak-Pitts language to bar federal funds from going to abortion in health care reform.
Last night, we learned that Majority Leader Reid’s bill includes language mirroring the Capps Amendment, in that it allows the public option to include abortion coverage and allows private plans which cover abortion to accept affordability credits-which are taxpayer-funded.
THIS SENATE HEALTH CARE BILL IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IS AN ENORMOUS EXPANSION OF ABORTION.
If Senator Reid’s bill proceeds, the Senate will approve a mammoth expansion of federally funded abortion. Yes, that means your tax dollars will go to paying for abortions.
Senator Nelson has always worked to defend life. Please urge him NOT to give in now. He MUST oppose all procedural motions on Senator Reid’s bill.
Please CALL Sen. Nelson NOW, at 202-224-6551, and tell him to VOTE NO on ANY PROCEDURAL MOTION to move Senator Reid’s pro-abortion health care bill forward, especially the vote on cloture on the motion to proceed. Jihadists In Military Playing U.S. for Suckers

By now, the script should be disturbingly familiar. Whether in the Middle East, or increasingly in America, a fanatical Muslim blows up or goes on a shooting spree, killing many. This is quickly followed by "condemnations" from "Muslim civil rights groups," like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). We are then warned by the president and some newspaper editorials not to jump to conclusions, or to stereotype. Yasser Arafat wrote this script, which he used with great success throughout his bloody career as a terrorist.
Suddenly, the issue of gays in the military doesn't seem as important as jihadists in the military. If you were an enemy of America, not only would you fight overseas and develop nuclear weapons (Iran), you would also engage in an even more effective strategy by striking at America's underbelly. This is our most vulnerable region because we now tolerate virtually everything, indulge in political correctness and subscribe to a bogus belief that if radical Islamists can see we mean them no harm, they will mean us no harm.
The federal government at all levels has hired and promoted Muslims to influential positions. It requires "sensitivity training" for federal employees, including those who work at the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Last week, the House Judiciary Committee, dominated by liberal Democrats, defied the White House and removed from the USA Patriot Act a tool for tracking non-U.S. citizens in anti-terrorism investigations. As our enemies grow stronger and more emboldened, they see us becoming weaker and less committed.
No amount of evidence -- from Koran verses urging the killing of "infidels," to cries of "God is great," reportedly shouted by the alleged Ft. Hood shooter, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan -- will cure our self-deception. Sun Tzu famously wrote that all war is deception. But it takes two to deceive and the United States is behaving like a willing partner.
People claiming to know Hasan told interviewers he made frequent statements against the wars and the U.S. presence in Islamic countries. Texas Republican Rep. Michael McCaul, told reporters after he was briefed on the shootings that Hasan "took a lot of advanced training in shooting." Why would a psychiatrist need advanced training in shooting unless he believed in murder as therapy? Shouldn't that, coupled with his statements about "the aggressor" and other actions -- including his preference for Muslim clothing -- have alerted someone in authority that he might be a time bomb waiting to go off? Yes, absolutely. But who wants to jeopardize a career by raising such questions and becoming the target of "civil rights groups" and politically correct dupes? Intimidating Americans into silence when they know better is also a very effective strategy when fighting a war.
Sound minds not brainwashed by our own "re-educators" should have seen this coming. Though born in America to Jordanian immigrant parents, Hasan described himself as a "Palestinian." He got into trouble by attempting to proselytize some of his patients.
Most top federal agencies, including the Pentagon and DHS, now have offices of "civil liberties," offices recommended by the 9/11 Commission to focus on "outreach" to the Muslim community. In this, they follow efforts by the Bush administration, which dispatched Karen Hughes to tell Muslim women in Saudi Arabia that American women are so free they can drive their own cars. The Saudi women were not impressed.
It's one thing to be suckered by others. It's quite another to sucker yourself.
How much longer will we tolerate fighting this war as if it were a minor crime wave? Our enemies are fighting to win and they are fighting everywhere, including within our borders. People trained to appear non-threatening, until the threat becomes obvious and it is too late to do anything about it, are infiltrating our government and society at every level.
It is irrelevant that some have put the number of radicalized Muslims worldwide at 10 percent. Even if that figure is accurate, one hundred million jihadists can cause a lot of damage, as they plot the destruction of Western democracies. Other wars have been won with far fewer soldiers and far fewer dupes.

The predator will be watching you, and this
is the perfect opportunity for him to get in
on the passenger side, put a gun to your head,
and tell you where to go.
AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR ,

in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back
into the mall, or work, and get a
guard/policeman to walk you back out.

instead of the stairs.
Stairwells are horrible places to be alone
and the perfect crime spot.

that it would crawl to the street and get run over.
The policeman said, 'We already have a unit on the way,
whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.'
He told her that they think a serial killer
has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax
women out of their homes thinking that someone
dropped off a baby.. He said they have not verified it,
but have had several calls by women saying that
they hear baby's cries outside their doors
when they're home alone at night..
10. Water scam!
If you wake up in the middle
of the night to hear all your taps outside running or what you think is a
burst pipe, DO NOT GO OUT TO INVESTIGATE! These people turn on all your
outside taps full ball so that you will go out to investigate and
then attack.

no political favors owed to anyone but their own constituents. Let's make them understand that
they work for us... They are answerable to us and they simply have to run that body with some
common sense.
Two years later, in 2012, vote the next third of the incumbents in the Senate out. We can do the
same thing in 2014 and, by that time we will have put all new people in that body as well.
We, the People, have got to take this Country back and we HAVE to do it peacefully. That's what
the Framers of our Constitution envisioned.

CHEROKEE LEGEND
Cherokee Legend
Do you know the legend of the Cherokee Indian youth's rite of Passage?
His father takes him into the forest, blindfolds him an leaves him alone. He is required to sit on a stump the whole night and not remove the blindfold until the rays of the morning sun shine through it. He cannot cry out for help to anyone.
Once he survives the night, he is a MAN.
He cannot tell the other boys of this experience, because each lad must come into manhood on his own.
The boy is naturally terrified. He can hear all kinds of noises. Wild beasts must surely be all around him . Maybe even some human might do him harm. The wind blew the grass and earth, and shook his stump, but he sat stoically, never removing the blindfold. It would be the only way he could become a man!
Finally, after a horrific night the sun appeared and he removed his blindfold.
It was then that he discovered his father sitting on the stump next to him.
He had been at watch the entire night, protecting his son from harm.
We, too, are never alone.
Even when we don't know it, God is watching over us, Sitting on the stump beside us.
When trouble comes, all we have to do is reach out to Him.

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning, in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of learning that sometimes there isn't "anymore". No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together, no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute." Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away, never to return before we can say good-bye, say"I love you."
So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it when it's broken and heal it when it's sick. This is true for marriage ......
And old cars .. And children with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it, because we are worth it.
Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away or a sister-in-law after divorce. There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.
Life is important, like people we know who are special.. And so, we keep them close!

I FIND IT INTERESTING THAT A HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL CAN SEE THE PROBLEM, BUT OUR SOCIETY CANNOT. IF I OFFEND ANYONE BY THIS, I REALLY DON'T APOLOGIZE.
This is a statement that was read over the PA system at the football game at Roane County High School , Kingston , Tennessee , by school Principal, Jody McLeod
"It has always been the custom at Roane County High School football games, to say a prayer and play the National Anthem, to honor God and Country."
Due to a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, I am told that saying a Prayer is a violation of Federal Case Law. As I understand the law at this time, I can use this public facility to approve of sexual perversion and call it "an alternate life style," and if someone is offended, that's OK.
I can use it to condone sexual promiscuity, by dispensing condoms and calling it, "safe s ex." If someone is offended, that's OK.
I can even use this public facility to present the merits of killing an unborn baby as a "viable! means of birth control." If someone is offended, no problem...
I can designate a school day as "Earth Day" and involve students in activities to worship religiously and praise the goddess "Mother Earth " and call it "ecology.."
I can use literature, videos and presentations in the classroom that depicts people with strong, traditional Christian convictions as "simple minded" and "ignorant" and call it "enlightenment.."
However, if anyone uses this facility to honor GOD and to ask HIM to Bless this event with safety and good sportsmanship, then Federal Case Law is violated.
This appears to be inconsistent at best, and at worst, diabolical.
Apparently, we are to be tolerant of everything and anyone, except GOD and HIS Commandments.
Nevertheless , as a school principal, I frequently ask staff and students to abide by rules with which they do not necessarily agree. For me to do otherwise would be inconsistent at best, and at worst, hypocritical... I suffer from that affliction enough unintentionally. I certainly do not need to add an intentional transgression.
For this reason, I shall "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's," and refrain from praying at this time.
" However, if you feel inspired to honor, praise and thank GOD and ask HIM,in the name of JESUS, to Bless this event, please feel free to do so. As far as I know, that's not against the law----yet."
One by one, the people in the stands bowed their heads, held hands with one another and began to pray.
They prayed in the stands. They prayed in the team huddles. They prayed at the concession stand and they prayed in the Announcer's Box!
The only place they didn't pray was in the Supreme Court of the United States of America- the Seat of "Justice" in the "one nation, under GOD."
Somehow, Kingston , Tennessee Remembered what so many have forgotten. We are given the Freedom OF Religion, not the Freedom FROM Religion. Praise GOD that HIS remnant remains!
JESUS said, "If you are ashamed of ME before men, then I will be ashamed of you before MY FATHER.."
I'm not one bit ashamed to pass this on, Are you?

Dear Londa,
Yesterday, while Americans United for Life Action was busy fighting for you in the final hours of the vote for the House health care bill, Planned Parenthood sent an urgent e-mail of desperation trying to rally pro-choice activists to help them fight the pro-life Stupak-Ellsworth-Pitts-Kaptur-Dahlkemper-Lipinski-Smith Amendment.
What they didn’t account for is that YOU have been an incredible champion for life over these past few months by vigorously contacting Congress through phone calls, e-mails, letters and district office visits. That teamwork led to a remarkable victory.
The pro-life Democrats and Republicans took a stand for the sanctity of life by passing the Stupak-Ellsworth-Pitts-Kaptur-Dahlkemper-Lipinski-Smith Amendment on a vote of 240 to 194. This amendment prohibits the use of federal dollars to fund abortion in health care.
This victory is a step toward a future where both
political parties defend Life.
But one victory does not mean the battle is won.
Yesterday’s rhetoric from the Democratic leadership indicates an intention to subvert the bipartisan pro-life majority. We are deeply concerned that Democratic leadership intends to undermine this victory that reflects the will of an overwhelming majority of Americans.
The battle will move quickly over to the Senate. We all have to take a deep breath and refocus our efforts toward watching the final language of the Senate bill to ensure that pro-life protections remain in the final health care bill.
While we applaud the passage of the Stupak-Pitts amendment, serious concerns about H.R. 3962 remain. The Rules Committee did not permit amendments to address concerns about conscience protection, the use of comparative effectiveness research and end of life provisions. (See our legal team’s analysis on the AUL blog.)
We must keep a watchful eye on Congress in the coming days and weeks to make sure the health care bill contains pro-life protections. Every moment that you took to wait on the line to talk to your Congressmen, write an e-mail or letter, you helped protect the sanctity of life.

Then my phone rang around dinner time Friday evening with the news that the Democrats in the House were meeting behind closed doors with Speaker Nancy Pelosi to try to work a deal to solve "the abortion problem."
The inside reports we had were that the Speaker was working to craft a deal that she would describe as "pro-life" that would still keep Planned Parenthood happy. No surprise there.
But now, as I write this at 2:41 AM, we've received the news that the Democratic leadership WILL ALLOW A VOTE on the pro-life amendment by Bart Stupak (seen right) and Joe Pitts!
Your calls and emails have made the difference.
Because of your efforts, Speaker Pelosi did not have the votes to shut out pro-life concerns and continue to refuse to allow a vote on the Stupak/Pitts amendment.
Now we have to win that vote.
* Please take a moment right now to call Rep. Lynn Jenkins (202) 225-6601 and tell him/her to vote YES on Stupak/Pitts and keep abortion out of health care reform.

This is the moment. Today is the day for taking a stand. We are on the eve of the vote on the U.S. House of Representatives pro-abortion health care bill H.R. 3962.
There is nothing more important right now than FLOODING our Congressmen with calls and e-mails insisting that they vote against using federal dollars for abortion funding.
This afternoon, pro-abortion House Leaders are expected to put forward a "Rule" which BLOCKS the only Pro-Life Amendment on the table, the Stupak-Pitts Amendment, from receiving a vote.
Instead, the "Rule" is expected to include the Ellsworth Amendment, which House Leadership has been falsely calling a "pro-life" amendment. The Ellsworth Amendment allows federal funding of abortion in the public plan and allows government subsidies to go to private plans that include abortion coverage.
Don't be fooled. Such a Rule would prevent any truly pro-life provision from being considered or included. The Stupak-Pitts Amendment is THE only provision that would truly exclude abortion funding, but we expect the Rule to bar a vote on the Stupak-Pitts Amendment.
If H.R. 3962 becomes law, it will do exactly what we have feared: It will create the largest expansion of abortion funding in over 30 years.

Tragedies at Fort Hood and in Orlando
Yesterday, a soldier opened fire at the U.S. Army base in Fort Hood, Texas killing 13 people and wounding 31. The men and women stationed at Fort Hood and all of the men and women in our military put their lives on the line to defend and protect our nation. We never expect such violence to happen here at home.
Earlier today another shooting occurred in Orlando killing one and wounding six others. These are terrible tragedies. My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of the victims in Fort Hood and Orlando.
As Unemployment Rises, Pelosi Pushes for Job-Killing Health Care Bill
In the next 36 hours, the House Democrat leadership, led by Nancy Pelosi, will force a vote on a plan that will implement government-run health care. This plan will cost at least $1.2 trillion and according to methodologies used by President Obama’s own economic advisers, will result in as many as 5.5 million more jobs lost. This bill, which centralizes more power in Washington, DC, is bad for the economy, seniors, and families. Earlier this week, I spoke on the floor about the negative consequences of passing a government takeover of health care.
This crucial vote comes when the Department of Labor today announced that unemployment rose to 10.2 percent – the highest unemployment in 26 years. This Administration promised more jobs and a stronger economy when they quickly pushed through the so-called “stimulus” plan back in January. I continue to hear from Kansans that jobs and the economy are their number one concern. Yet Speaker Pelosi and the Obama Administration have turned a deaf ear on Kansans and folks around the nation and continue to push a health care agenda that they admit will kill 5.5 million more jobs. There is no excuse to ignore the American people any longer. I will continue to push this Administration and the majority in Congress to focus on creating jobs in the private sector instead of wasting more taxpayer dollars and increasing government spending.
CBO: Republican Plan Reduces Premiums
One of the primary problems with health care today is the rising costs. That is why I have been working on a health care working group since January to come up with solutions to make health care more affordable for the folks of Kansas. The non-partisan Congressional Budget Office found that the Republican health care plan will reduce premiums, cut the deficit, and not raise taxes. Check out my health care page to read the Republican plan, as well as a summary of what the bill includes.
American People Rally to Oppose the Pelosi Plan
Thousands of Americans gathered in front of the U.S. Capitol yesterday to voice their opposition to a government takeover of health care. Just as Kansans came to my 29 town halls in August to engage in the process and issues of the day, I was proud to see so many Americans getting involved in their government. After the event, I participated in a conference call with bloggers and other Republican women on the issue of health care. You can listen to the full interview here.
Letter to Kansas Health Policy Authority
The State of Kansas, like many states around the country, faces major economic challenges. In fact, Kansas is facing a $460 million budget gap next year. As the House continues to work its way through this health care debate, I am concerned how the health care legislation will affect Kansas’ budget. In addition to creating a government-run health care option, Speaker Pelosi’s bill imposes unfunded mandates on states to pay for an expansion of Medicaid. This week I sent a letter to the Kansas Health Policy Authority asking them what this bill will cost Kansas and I look forward to receiving a response. While we all share the goal of covering more of the uninsured, I cannot support a plan that will make the fiscal challenges facing Kansas even worse.

Entering In
The New Covenant
STEP ONE : The Sense of Sin
The New Covenant promises are not in them, because they gives way to anger, self-will, worldliness & other known violations (SIN) of God's laws. We need to accept Jesus Christ as our personal savior!
Now God will equip us to obey His laws. We will need to abide in Christ love, His power for us to walk a holy life & be well pleasing to God. The conscience will condemn us of all sins. Without abiding in Jesus Christ we will not have the winning life God wants for us. All we will have then is a failed life. We cannot expect any thing else.
When our heart is dissatisfied of our state & long for something better, our heart is prepared to receive the Gospel. The Gospel is meant to be the delivering power of sin.
STEP TWO : Cleaning
As the person heart & mind has been directed to the terms of the New Covenant/Gospel. The Bible (Word of God) has Promises of cleaning up our mind & heart. And when it is cleaned, God fills both our heart & mind with His laws, fear, & His power to keep God laws. To never depart from them. We need to keep our eyes upon God the Father, Jesus the Son, & the Holy Spirit. We will have the longing to grow in Christ & follow the Word of God. The longing will grow into hope & the promise of entering His blessed Life.
STEP THREE : Searching Our Hearts
We need to search our hearts that we give up every evil habit. All our own self-will, anger, worldliness, & other sins. To surrender our self wholly & completely to Jesus Christ our LORD. God will not take complete possession of a mans soul unless He has them completely. Happy is he who is ready for any sacrifice unto God!
STEP FOUR : Knowing Jesus is Our Mediator
We need to know that Jesus Christ our LORD is the mediator of the New Covenant/Gospel. That life of holiness & victory over sin which the New Covenant promises!! That we will claim it according to our faith in Him. It sure will be ours. That Jesus will bestow upon us the power (Holy Spirit) to make the surrender & to believe. It is Jesus & the Holy Spirit is the living one & gives us victory. Stay in their arms & if we fall they will be there to catch us.
Make Jesus your personal Mediator & Savior. Give your heart to Jesus & let Him cleanse you from all sins!

TO STOP ABORTION IN HEALTH CARE REFORM
Cecile Richards, Planned ParenthoodSpeaker Pelosi has now unveiled the new pro-abortion House bill, and Planned Parenthood Action Fund President Cecile Richards (seen right) wrote to her supporters rejoicing that “every version of the bills out there right now is free of the dangerous amendments anti-choice members of Congress tried to attach to health care reform.” She claimed “more than 18,000 phone calls” from Planned Parenthood supporters contacted Congress.
Unfortunately, she’s right. The new health care bill explicitly allows federal funding of abortion and permits federal subsidies to go to private insurance plans that cover abortion. The bill also ensures that at least one health insurance plan in every area of the country covers abortion.
These provisions create a dramatic change in federal law -- currently NO federal dollars are used to pay for elective abortions or insurance plans that cover abortion.
In order to stop the bill, we need your help. We can do better than Planned Parenthood’s 18,000 calls, can’t we?
Help us stop Nancy Pelosi and the House leadership and their massive expansion of abortion in health care reform.

As I write this, I've just come from a meeting on Capitol Hill, and I have an update for you on the battle to keep abortion out of health care. The bottom-line message I bring you from the Congressmen and Senators we talked with is this: now is the time to act . . . and we need YOU to win the day. Senator John Thune, Chairman of the Senate Republican Policy Committee told us, "This is when it gets down to the serious moment."
The message of the day was that your Congressman really needs to hear from you. A vote on the U.S. House health bill H.R. 3942 could come to the floor as early as this SATURDAY. We heard today that after the wins of two pro-life politicians, Bob McDonnell in Virginia and Chris Christie in New Jersey on Tuesday, abortion supporters in Congress are "really sweating." It’s up to us now to be sure they understand that Americans do not want abortion in health care reform.
The House Health Care BillYesterday, the House Rules Committee announced that the "rule" for considering the health care legislation will include language put forward by Representative Brad Ellsworth, D-Ind. which the House leadership is FALSELY describing as "pro-life." Rep. Ellsworth claims his Amendment would "prevent tax-payer funded abortions." Unfortunately, his amendment does NOT prevent taxpayer funding of abortion.
The Ellsworth Amendment allows the public option to pay for abortion on demand and allows government dollars to go to private plans that cover abortion. This amendment would undermine the only pro-life amendment that truly protects life in health care reform: the Stupak-Pitts Amendment.
Our pro-life friends on the Hill are concerned that the pro-abortion House Leadership will deny the Stupak-Pitts Amendment a vote. But without that amendment, pro-life Members cannot vote for health care reform.
How You Can Help Us Fight This Pro-Abortion Health Bill Vote:
Telephone1) Please CALL Rep. Lynn Jenkins at (785) 234-5966 TODAY
* Ask him to vote AGAINST a "closed rule"
(the rule is a procedural vote that determines whether a bill can receive a vote and a closed rule will shut out the Stupak/Pitts Amendment)
* Insist that House leadership ALLOW A VOTE on the Stupak/Pitts Amendment to prohibit abortion funding
(and no other watered-down substitution like the Ellsworth Amendment);
2) Please E-MAIL your Congressman.

4) INFORM your friends and family by sharing our video ads about abortion in health care:
