Israel's Sin and the Servant's Obedience
1 This is what the LORD says:
"Where is your mother's certificate of divorce
with which I sent her away?
Or to which of my creditors
did I sell you?
Because of your sins you were sold;
because of your transgressions your mother was sent away.
2 When I came, why was there no one?
When I called, why was there no one to answer?
Was my arm too short to ransom you?
Do I lack the strength to rescue you?
By a mere rebuke I dry up the sea,
I turn rivers into a desert;
their fish rot for lack of water
and die of thirst.
3 I clothe the sky with darkness
and make sackcloth its covering."
4 The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue,
to know the word that sustains the weary.
He wakens me morning by morning,
wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.
5 The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears,
and I have not been rebellious;
I have not drawn back.
6 I offered my back to those who beat me,
my cheeks to those who pulled out my beard;
I did not hide my face
from mocking and spitting.
7 Because the Sovereign LORD helps me,
I will not be disgraced.
Therefore have I set my face like flint,
and I know I will not be put to shame.
8 He who vindicates me is near.
Who then will bring charges against me?
Let us face each other!
Who is my accuser?
Let him confront me!
9 It is the Sovereign LORD who helps me.
Who is he that will condemn me?
They will all wear out like a garment;
the moths will eat them up.
10 Who among you fears the LORD
and obeys the word of his servant?
Let him who walks in the dark,
who has no light,
trust in the name of the LORD
and rely on his God.
11 But now, all you who light fires
and provide yourselves with flaming torches,

This venerable and much honored WW II vet is well known in Hawaii for his seventy-plus years of service to patriotic organizations and causes all over the country. A humble man without a political bone in his body, he has never spoken out before about a government official, until now. He dictated this letter to a friend, signed it and mailed it to the president.
Dear President Obama,
My name is Harold Estes, approaching 95 on December 13 of this year. People meeting me for the first time don't believe my age because I remain wrinkle free and pretty much mentally alert.
I enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1934 and served proudly before, during and after WW II retiring as a Master Chief Bos'n Mate. Now I live in a "rest home" located on the western end of Pearl Harbor , allowing me to keep alive the memories of 23 years of service to my country.
One of the benefits of my age, perhaps the only one, is to speak my mind, blunt and direct even to the head man.
So here goes.
I am amazed, angry and determined not to see my country die before I do, but you seem hell bent not to grant me that wish.
I can't figure out what country you are the president of.
You fly around the world telling our friends and enemies despicable lies like:
" We're no longer a Christian nation"
" America is arrogant" - (Your wife even
announced to the world," America is mean-
spirited. " Please tell her to try preaching
that nonsense to 23 generations of our
war dead buried all over the globe who
died for no other reason than to free a
whole lot of strangers from tyranny and
hopelessness.)
I'd say shame on the both of you, but I don't think you like America, nor do I see an ounce of gratefulness in anything you do, for the obvious gifts this country has given you. To be without shame or gratefulness is a dangerous thing for a man sitting in the White House.
After 9/11 you said," America hasn't lived up to her ideals."
Which ones did you mean? Was it the notion of personal liberty that 11,000 farmers and shopkeepers died for to win independence from the British? Or maybe the ideal that no man should be a slave to another man, that 500,000 men died for in the Civil War? I hope you didn't mean the ideal 470,000 fathers, brothers, husbands, and a lot of fellas I knew personally died for in WWII, because we felt real strongly about not letting any nation push us around, because we stand for freedom.
I don't think you mean the ideal that says equality is better than discrimination. You know the one that a whole lot of white people understood when they helped to get you elected.
Take a little advice from a very old geezer, young man.
Shape up and start acting like an American. If you don't, I'll do what I can to see you get shipped out of that fancy rental on Pennsylvania Avenue . You were elected to lead not to bow, apologize and kiss the hands of murderers and corrupt leaders who still treat their people like slaves.
And just who do you think you are telling the American people not to jump to conclusions and condemn that Muslim major who killed 13 of his fellow soldiers and wounded dozens more. You mean you don't want us to do what you did when that white cop used force to subdue that black college professor in Massachusetts , who was putting up a fight? You don't mind offending the police calling them stupid but you don't want us to offend Muslim fanatics by calling them what they are, terrorists.
One more thing. I realize you never served in the military and never had to defend your country with your life, but you're the Commander-in-Chief now, son. Do your job. When your battle-hardened field General asks you for 40,000 more troops to complete the mission, give them to him. But if you're not in this fight to win, then get out. The life of one American soldier is not worth the best political strategy you're thinking of.
You could be our greatest president because you face the greatest challenge ever presented to any president.
You're not going to restore American greatness by bringing back our bloated economy. That's not our greatest threat. Losing the heart and soul of who we are as Americans is our big fight now.
And I sure as hell don't want to think my president is the enemy in this final battle....

I Will
I WILL
Jesus Christ always fulfilled His Word. If most men said I will today it really mean's NO I WILL NOT! Just leave me alone. But, when Jesus said it, Jesus meant it! Jesus was going to do it. He promised & you could take Jesus promises, His Words was life itself. Jesus never lied so when He spoke & promise He was bound by His Word. Jesus was able & willing to keep His promises. You couldn't find that; not even close to it today. And what is really wonderful was that Jesus is still able & willing to keep ALL His promises! Jesus is doing the will of the ONE who sent Him. And that was God Himself!
SALVATION - I WILL
John 6:37 - 40
37) "All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, & the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.
38) "For I have come down from heaven not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
39) "This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day
40) "And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son & believes in Him may have everlasting life; & I will raise him up at the last day."
John 3:15 - 16
15) "that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
16) "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Jesus came to save the sinner, You & Me. We've all come short of the Glory of God.
Jesus takes us just the way we are. He is so happy & anxious to save sinners, that He will take everyone who comes. He will even take the people who are despised, people who have been rejected by parents, spouses, loved ones; He will take the lonely, hurt, mistreated, do you see what I'm getting at? He will take even the ones that you & I cannot have pity on. Anyone who who believes in Him!! The homeless, the disabled, old, young, rich, poor. Anyone who believes in Him. He is happy & anxious for all of us!
ALL who is lost & a sinner. Who will believe
Luke 19:10
"for the Son of Man has come to seek & to save that which was lost."
John 3:17
"For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved..
Do you believe in those two verses?? I DO!! The Lord will do His part always! Will you? You come just as you are, to Him. He will not throw you out or wait until a Television show or the Super Bowl is over. He's right there for you! He has His arms open wide. He is right here for you; Any time, Any place, Any where. Even at the Super Bowl. Yes, it is real easy & it's not hard at all!!
Satan, does not want to give you up. He will lie to you, twist your mind, twist God's Word, saying it was your imagination, emotions, so on & so on. But, now you're not alone on this. You have Jesus, God, & the Holy Spirit. You're not alone. You also have the Word of God.
John 6:37

And take the helmet of salvation, & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;

And the Pharisees & scribes murmured saying, "This man receives sinners & eats with them".
CLEANSING - I WILL
Luke 5:12 & 13
12) And it happened when He was in a certain city, that behold, a man who was full of leprosy saw Jesus; & fell on his face & implored Him, saying "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean."
13) Then He put out His hand & touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed," And immediately the leprosy left him.
You go to the Master our Lord, & present your case to Him. Jesus will speak to you as He spoke to that leper. It is our Lord who can only forgive sins & cleanses us of sin!!! No man, women, or child here on earth can forgive sin. Only the Heavenly Father God can; the three in one, as Jesus gave His Blood that if you accept Him; your sins are Covered & Cleansed by the BLOOD. Jesus Blood only! Ask God to give you a new heart as then you are a new creature in Christ.
CONFESSION - I WILL
If you have a persisting sin confess it to the Lord & keep confessing it to the Lord. We have to confess to Christ our sins; as I have said it is Jesus Blood that has cleanesed us. The Blood of the Lamb!!
Matthew 10:32
"Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
We must also confess that Jesus as our personal Savior! Do not be ashamed of Him, because if you are He will also be ashamed of you!!! To confess to others of His love & cleansing blood, it shows you are not ashamed of Him. A great example is when a person who has received a great honor, an achievement, or a great victory you will usually will see the news team, for either television, news paper, or internet bragging about them on how proud they are of that person! It should be the same way with Jesus! Does not our Lord Jesus give us a great victory or achievements over sin. So, we should tell people all over the world that our names is written in the Lambs Book of Life. And what Jesus has done for us! Just think about the great honor of being a Child of the Almighty God, a brother of sister to Jesus! Having the Holy Spirit to helping us!
THAT IS THE GREATEST HONOR OF ALL!
And think He gives us victory over sins, weakness, illness, & so many things. Our name is mentioned in God's Kingdom by the Prince of Peace & Glory, the son of God. All that is due to us confessing Him here on earth, confessing Him all over the world.
DO NOT BE ASHAMED!!!
Now you see why we have to take up our daily cross. I know of some Christians that just want the crown without taking us their own cross. We have to put our life under the cross & follow Jesus. Confessing Him before men Whom ever does this will be BLESSED. So become a Disciple of Jesus Christ & come out & make a stand for HIM.

Jesus Christ always fulfilled His Word. If most men said I will today it really mean's NO I WILL NOT! Just leave me alone. But, when Jesus said it, Jesus meant it! Jesus was going to do it. He promised & you could take Jesus promises, His Words was life itself. Jesus never lied so when He spoke & promise He was bound by His Word. Jesus was able & willing to keep His promises. You couldn't find that; not even close to it today. And what is really wonderful was that Jesus is still able & willing to keep ALL His promises! Jesus is doing the will of the ONE who sent Him. And that was God Himself!

He will take the lonely, hurt, mistreated, do you see what I'm getting at? He will take even the ones that you & I cannot have pity on. Anyone who believes in Him!! The homeless, the disabled, old, young, rich, poor. Anyone who believes in Him. He is happy & anxious for all of us! To love ALL who is lost & a sinner. Who will believe???

You go to the Master our Lord, & present your case to Him. Jesus will speak to you as He spoke to that leper. It is our Lord who can only forgive sins & cleanse us of sin!!! No man, women, or child here on earth can forgive sin. Only the Heavenly Father God can; the three in one, as Jesus gave His Blood that if you accept Him; your sins are Covered & Cleansed by the BLOOD. Jesus Blood only! Ask God to give you a new heart as then you are a new creature in Christ.
CONFESSION - I WILL
If you have a persisting sin confess it to the Lord & keep confessing it to the Lord. We have to confess to Christ our sins; as I have said it is Jesus Blood that has cleansed us. The Blood of the Lamb!!

We must also confess that Jesus as our personal saviour! Do not be ashemed of Him, because if you are He will also be ashamed of you!!! To confess to others of His love & cleasing blood, it shows you are not ashemed of Him. A great example is when a person who has received a great honor, an achievement, or a great victory you will useally will see the news team, for either television, news paper, or internet bragging about them on how proud they are of that person! It should be the same way with Jesus! Does not our Lord Jesus give us a great victory or achievements over sin. So, we should tell people all over the world that our names is written in the Lambs Book of Life. And what Jesus has done for us! Just think about the great honor of being a Child of the Almighty God, a brother of sister to Jesus! Having the Holy Spirit to helping us!

AS TALL AS YOU WANT TO BE!! TRUE STORY
As Tall as You Want to Be
When he was two years old, this adopted child of two college professors suddenly and inexplicably stopped growing, and his health started to fail. A team of doctors gave him six months to live after they diagnosed him as suffering from a rare disease that inhibits digestion and nutrients in food. Intravenous feedings of vitamins and supplements allowed him to regain his strength, but his growth was permanently stunted.
Confined to hospitals for long periods of time, until the age of nine, he quietly plotted his revenge on the kids who taunted him and called him 'peanut.'
He recalled many years later that subconsciously 'the whole experience made me want to succeed at something athletic.' Sometimes his sister, Susan, went ice skating at the local rink, and he would go along to watch. There he stood, a frail, under-grown kid, with a feeding tube inserted through his nose and down into his stomach. When he wasn't using it, one end of the tube was taped behind his ear.
One day, as he watched his sister whirl around the ice, he turned to his parents and said, 'You know, I think I'd like to try ice skating.' Talk about two adults, looking at their life-threatened child, with glances that were beyond belief!
Well, he tried it, and he loved it, and he went at it with a passion. Here was something fun at which he could excel, where height and weight weren't important. During his medical checkup the following year, the doctors were startled to discover that he had actually started growing again. It was too late for him to reach normal size, but neither he nor his family cared. He was recovering and succeeding. He believed in his dream, although he had little else to hang on to.
None of the kids taunt him and tease him today. Instead, they all cheer and rush to get his autograph. He has just completed another dazzling performance on the world professional ice skating tour, with a long string of triple jumps, complicated maneuvers, and athletic moves, capped off with a racing front flip that brought him to a sudden stop inches from the audience. Although he has retired from professional skating, he remains a coach, mentor and commentator revered by everyone in winter sports.
At 5-feet, 3-inches and 115 pounds of pure muscle and electrifying energy, former Olympic gold medal figure skating champion, Scott Hamilton stands as tall and as proud as any winner. Scott's size didn't limit his faith and reach. Don't let doubts and critics limit yours. This doesn't mean that you'll close almost every sale or get promoted in record time. Scott Hamilton certainly didn't hit every triple-axle jump he ever attempted, especially during the initial learning phase. Good Wisdom
I would never trade my amazing friends, my wonderful life, my loving family for less gray hair or a flatter belly. As I've aged, I've become kinder to myself, and less critical of myself. I've become my own friend. I don't chide myself for eating that extra cookie, or for not making my bed, or for buying that silly cement gecko that I didn't need, but looks so avante garde on my patio. I am entitled to a treat, to be messy, to be extravagant.
I have seen too many dear friends leave this world too soon; before they understood the great freedom that comes with aging.
Whose business is it if I choose to read or play on the computer until 4 AM and sleep until noon? I will dance with myself to those wonderful tunes of the 60 &70's, and if I, at the same time, wish to weep over a lost love ..... I will.
I will walk the beach in a swim suit that is stretched over a bulging body, and will dive into the waves with abandon if I choose to, despite the pitying glances from the jet set. They, too, will get old.
I know I am sometimes forgetful. But there again, some of life is just as well forgotten. And I eventually remember the important things.
Sure, over the years my heart has been broken. How can your heart not break when you lose a loved one, or when a child suffers, or even when somebody's beloved pet gets hit by a car? But broken hearts are what give us strength and understanding and compassion. A heart never broken is pristine and sterile and will never know the joy of being imperfect.
I am so blessed to have lived long enough to have my hair turning gray, and to have my youthful laughs be forever etched into deep grooves on my face.
So many have never laughed, and so many have died before their hair could turn silver.
As you get older, it is easier to be positive. You care less about what other people think. I don't question myself anymore. I've even earned the right to be wrong.
So, to answer your question, I like being old. It has set me free. I like the person I have become. I am not going to live forever, but while I am still here, I will not waste time lamenting what could have been, or worrying about what will be. And I shall eat dessert every single day (if I feel like it).

sympathatic - sad concern for some misfortune, commiseration, condolence, empathy, pity, sympathy,
Hebrew - burst forth compassion, mercy.
Hebrew root - The bowels are the seat of compassion
AHLB - With in this wall is the family clan, a place of freedom.
Greek - Latin dervative -Sympathy is the Greek form.
Com - with, passion - suffer = Suffer with.

Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do."
Think about this for a minute; there is a INNOCENT man who just had to carry His own cross after being wiped, a thorn of crowns upon His head, His feet & hands pierced, dieing . And He looks up to God & ask for compassion on the people who is murdering Him.
I would be up there saying curse these jerks. I sure wouldn't be saying what Jesus said; "forgive them for they do not know what they do." What would you have said? Could you do it?
The words of Jesus was way beyond that any human heart is capable of giving. Our human heart cannot forgive our own familys for doing things alone somebody murdering us.
That is compassion!! Compassion reaches further than the law does; further than the demands of a judge. Compassion reaches to the heart of life, to the secret of our being. The compassion of Jesus was the divine secret that made Him lovable. As the Greek meaning He "suffer With". Which means he suffer with them! Not only with His own suffering He was suffering with them.
If you mix the Greek & Hebrew together He suffered deep down in His bowels for them hanging from that cross for you & me!!!
People today doesn't have a lot of compassion as God wanted His followers to be!! I can still think of RACE. Obama is both white & black. He is a human being first & most of. I'm more worried about his soul! No he is not a believer/christian & if you believe he is, I have a polecat for sale & he is worth millions. You know people by there hearts. His heart is a empty as satan's is.
Palin said this is a country of christian & she is ridicule about it. We need to be aware of our leaders in this country. They sell us out time & time again. They're god is the almighty SELF & money. So no they don't care about people look at what they have done to the American People. Open your eyes & please, look. PRAY FOR OUR LEADERS.

Even believers can yield to the wrong spirits. Peter once rebuked Christ, telling him that he would not suffer and Jesus said; Get the behind me satan. Peter wasn't satan but he was speaking contrary to Gods will.
Matthew 16:23
But He turned and said to Peter, "Get behind Me, satan! You are an offense to Me for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men."
Ananias & Sapphire were told that satan had filled their hearts to lie to the Holy Spirit.
Acts 5:3 & 9A
3) But Peter said, Ananias, why has satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself?
9) Then Peter said to her, How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord?
Our spirit is born again, but, our minds need continually to be renewed. Our carnal mind could yield to the fiery darts of satan and if we do not renew our minds we may play into the adversary hands. And not even know it.

So, investigate a rumor, do not pass it on to others. Know and learn the truth yourself. Go to the person and ask. Still don't pass on a rumor. You hear about other ministers doing this and doing that, you must know the truth about it. Just don't take somebody word on it. God doesn't want his people or church to have conflicts like this. It is an attack of God's people.
Churches have been attack from the spirits sent by the adversary satan. People will just think it's a battle with the board members, or the carnal church members, or even the pastor. Because hindering spirits are usually invisible and therefore not very easy to detected.
Hindering spirits are crafty or sly in their approach.
Satan doesn't want people to know that he is at work in churches espeially their own church.
Even satanist can and tries to put curses on churches. You need to know what or who is out there attacking Gods Churches. People may or may not even know what is going on themselves. If it's conflict, rumors and so on and so on you need to know it's not God it's satan attacking.

Spending Time in Kansas
After spending time with my family over the weekend to celebrate Easter, on Monday, I returned to the roads of Eastern Kansas to head to Wilson County to visit with farmers and ranchers. My first stop of the day was at Joe and Dana Newland’s farm in Neodesha. Joe and Dana showed me around their operation, and we had a great discussion about the importance of using antibiotics in animal production. While some in Washington are attempting to ban all antibiotic use in animals, I am concerned their attempts are not based in sound science. I will work to educate my colleagues about the how critical judicious use of antibiotics is in animal agriculture today.
My next stop was at Ken and Kathy Claiborne’s farm in Fredonia. Ken and Kathy were extremely hospitable and even gave me a tour of their farm from the seat of their tractor as they prepare for planting season to begin in a couple of weeks. Kansas farmers and ranchers are great stewards of our land and resources as they continue to grow food to feed you and me and folks around the world, and they are constantly developing ways to grow more on less ground. By 2050, the world population will reach 9 billion, and the great work of Kansas farmers and ranchers will be critical in feeding the ever growing population. Although I grew up on our family farm in Jackson County, production agriculture continues to change and evolve to stay competitive, so it is critical that our farmers and ranchers continue to educate me so I can represent their interests in Washington. Before I headed home for the day, I stopped by Cobalt Boats in Neodesha and checked out their impressive operation.
Tuesday morning, I headed to Leavenworth where my first meeting of the day was with Steve and Greg Kaaz with Kaaz construction and Lexeco. Next, I headed Fort Leavenworth where met Lt. Gen. Caslen and I learned about how electronic warfare and cyber warfare are helping our forces complete their missions. I am a member of the Electronic Warfare Working Group in the House of Representatives so I can continue supporting the mission of the men and women at Fort Leavenworth and all of our armed forces members. Tuesday, I also visited ARAMARK Uniform Services in Lansing. They showed me around their facility and explained to me about their business of manufacturing work uniforms for more than 400,000 customer accounts across the nation.
I headed back to Southeast Kansas Wednesday morning. First, I stopped by the Girard Medical Center. Hospital CEO Kenny Boyd took me on the tour of medical center to show me the progress being made on their expansion that will nearly double the size of the medical center. It is so important that our rural communities have access to high quality health care, and the folks in Girard should be proud of this new facility. Later Wednesday, I headed to West Mineral to tour Mid-America Pipe Fabricating and Supply Company. John Parsons showed me around the company that has more than 110 employees here in Kansas working to build high-quality piping for both local projects as well as projects around the nation.
Yesterday, it was great to spend time in my office in Topeka catching up on important business and meeting with folks from the Topeka community. Debbie Holyrood with the Alzheimer’s Association stopped by Thursday morning. I had a meeting with Chuck Banks about economic development projects in Kansas. Sue Jirkovsky-Landers with the Cancer Action Network and I had a great meeting. The aviation industry is so important to our state, and it was wonderful to visit with James Bolden, Eric Snell and Evelyn Reid about that industry. Thursday afternoon I headed to Osage City to meet with John Samples at KanBuild to talk about his business building modular and prefabricated homes.
Thursday evening, I was honored to attend the grand opening of the Health Care Access Clinic in Lawrence. The clinic provides high quality health care to folks in Douglas County who cannot afford health insurance. They have not incurred any debt for their new clinic, and the clinic is a great example of individuals investing and giving back to the community as many of the health care services are provided by doctors and health care professionals volunteering their service.
This morning I spent some time visiting a Topeka business that has not only made it through these challenging times, but they’ve continued growing. The folks at Frito-Lay gave me a great tour of the plant. After the tour, I was honored to attend a ceremony recognizing Frito-Lay as the state’s first LEED Existing Building (EB) GOLD Certification. The company has invested in sustainable practices and has found ways to cut costs while also preserve natural resources like water and energy. I was honored to participate in this event recognizing all of the hard work the folks at Frito-Lay do in Kansas.
It has been wonderful spending the past couple of weeks in Kansas during this congressional work period. It is always great to meet hard-working Kansans and to learn about the great work they do. Beginning one year after enactment of the Cap and Trade Act, you won't be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this "Cap & Trade" bill, passed by the House of Representatives. If it is also passed by the Senate, it will be the largest tax increase any of us has ever experienced.
The Congressional Budget Office (supposedly non-partisan) estimates that in just a few years the average cost to every family of four will be $6,800 per year. No one is excluded. However, once the lower classes feel the pinch in their wallets, you can be sure that these voters will get a tax refund (even if they pay no taxes at all) to offset this new cost. Thus, you Mr. And Mrs. Middle Class have to pay even more since additional tax dollars will be needed to bail out everyone else.
But wait. This awful bill (that no one in Congress has actually read) has many more surprises in it. Probably the worst one is this: A year from now you won't be able to sell your house without some bureaucrat's OK. Yes, you read that right.
The caveat (there always is a caveat) is that if you have enough money to make required major upgrades to your home, then you can sell it. But, if not, then forget it. Even pre-fabricated homes ("mobile homes") are included. In effect, this bill prevents you from selling your home without the permission of the EPA administrator.
To get this permission, you will have to have the energy efficiency of your home measured. Then the government will tell you what your new energy efficiency requirement is and you will be required to make modifications to your home under the retrofit provisions of this Act, to comply with the new energy and water efficiency requirements.
Then you will have to get your home measured again and get a license (called a "label" in the Act) that must be posted on your property to show what your efficiency rating is; sort of like the Energy Star efficiency rating label on your refrigerator or air conditioner. If you don't get a high enough rating, you can't sell.
And, the EPA administrator is authorized to raise the standards every year, even above the automatic energy efficiency increases built into the Act. The EPA administrator, appointed by the President, will run the Cap & Trade program (AKA the "American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009") and is authorized to make any future changes to the regulations and standards he/she alone determines to be in the government's best interest. Requirements are set low initially so the bill will pass Congress. Then the Administrator can set new standards every year.
The Act itself contains annual required increases in energy efficiency for private and commercial residences and buildings. However, the EPA administrator can set higher standards at any time. Sect. 202 - Building Retrofit Program mandates a national retrofit program to increase the energy efficiency of all existing homes across America .

Sect. 204 - Building Energy Performance Labeling Program establishes a labeling program that for each individual residence will identify the achieved energy efficiency performance for "at least 90 percent of the residential market within 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act."
This means that within 5 years 90% of all residential homes in the U.S. must be measured and labeled. The EPA administrator will get $50M each year to enforce the labeling program. The Secretary of the Department of Energy will get an additional $20M each year to help the EPA. Some of this money will, of course, be spent on coming up with tougher standards each year.
Oh, the label will be like a license for your car. You will be required to post the label in a conspicuous location in your home and will not be allowed to sell your home without having this label. And, just like your car license, you will probably be required to get a new label every so often - maybe every year.
But, the government estimates the cost of measuring the energy efficiency of your home should only cost about $200 each time. Remember what they said about the auto smog inspections when they first started: that in California ? It would only cost $15. That was when the program started. Now the cost is about $50 for the inspection and certificate.
Expect the same from the home labeling program. Sect. 304 - Greater Energy Efficiency in Building Codes establishes new energy efficiency guidelines for the National Building Code and mandates at 304(d) that one year after enactment of this Act, all state and local jurisdictions must adopt the National Building Code energy efficiency provisions or must obtain a certification from the federal government that their state and/or local codes have been brought into full compliance with the National Building Code energy efficiency standards.

OUR HEART - HIS DWELLING PLACE 2
Ephesians 6: 14 -17
14) Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15) And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16) above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17) And take the helmet of salvation, & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
A man, who had been witnessing one day, said "When I have proved a good sword that does the work of execution, I will just keep right on using it!"
Well the man just kept on using it. The man used the Word of God & the Holy Spirit did His work & the skeptic got saved & believed the Word of God. He had taken what the truth was of the Word, placed the breastplate of righteousness on, and shod his feet with he gospel of peace. Took the shield of faith & the helmet of salvation, with the Holy pirit with the sword of the Word of God!
We should be like this man who put on the garments of God as in Ephesians 6:14-17.
Through out the scriptures God, used believers as an instrument. So, we could go into the world, using the gospel to convert mankind.
Believers are the third greatest weapon, Jesus is the first weapon, Holy Spirit is the second weapon, & the believer third weapon. We have to be willing to let the LORD use us & He will. He wants us to testify to the world about the gospel of Jesus Christ. To glorify Christ not to buy & sell things to make a profit. But to glorify Jesus Christ!! We can not do this without the power the Holy Spirit & God's power.
1 Corinthians 2:1-5
1) And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God.
2) For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ & Him crucified.
3) I was with you in weakness, in fear, & in much trembling.
4) And my speech & my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit & power,
5) faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God--righteousness & sanctification & redemption
The Gospel in not earthly wisdom but the Gospel is Heavenly wisdom. I would like to have the Heavenly wisdom then earthly wisdom.
Through out the Scriptures when men were filled with the Holy Spirit they did not preach of self but of Christ & His crucifixion.
Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit. Zacharias prophesies of John's ministry
Luke 1:67-70 & 76-80
67) Now his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, & prophesied saying:
68) "Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, for He has visited & redeemed His people,
69) And has raise up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David,

Barnabas, Paul, all of Jesus disciples. When you’re filled with the Holy Spirit you speak of Jesus Christ & the Scriptures now anyone who receives the Holy Sprit through trusting is the Lord Jesus will have river of living waters.
Isaiah 44:3
For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;
John 4:14
"but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water spring up into everlasting life."

34) Then they said to Him, "Lord, give us this bread always."
35) And Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, & he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

Do you want this Living Water? Then come to Jesus & ask Him into your heart, your soul, & body.

5Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. 6When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard them speaking in his own language. 7Utterly amazed, they asked: "Are not all these men who are speaking Galileans? 8Then how is it that each of us hears them in his own native language? 9Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs-we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!" 12Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, "What does this mean?"
13Some, however, made fun of them and said, "They have had too much wine.[b]"
Peter Addresses the Crowd
14 Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: "Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say.
15 These men are not drunk, as you suppose. It's only nine in the morning!
16 No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
17 'In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will Prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
18 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
20 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.
21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Barnabas, Paul, all of Jesus disciples. When you’re filled with the Holy Spirit you speak of Jesus Christ & the Scriptures now anyone who receives the Holy Sprit through trusting is the Lord Jesus will have river of living waters.

"but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water spring up into everlasting life."

35) And Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, & he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

"He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."
Do you want this Living Water? Then come to Jesus & ask Him into your heart, your soul, & body.
MIDDLE-CLASS WILL BE HIT AGAIN ON GOVERNMENT SPENDING
The United States is really in financial trouble. The rich is paying a little more but, they get out of it by bonds ect... Obama said that to get money they have to go after the middle-class to get the money that is needed.
The Congress took money out of Social Security benefits to get all new computers for themselves.
The Government is spending our money as if it is bottomless & that it will just keep coming from the middle-class.
As an United State's citizen we should speak up to our State Government in Washington DC & tell them no more. Call or write them.
PLEASE SPEAK UP & LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!!!

OUR HEART - HIS DWELLING PLACE
34) Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, & the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
35) And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, & the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
That is the Shekinah glory.
We need to empty our hearts of pride, selfishness, self-seeking, & anything that is contrary to God's laws. The Holy Spirit will then fill every area of your heart. You will be a light to the world. We do not want to be filled with anything else. To be filled with the Shekinah Glory of the Lord is wonderful but, we must be empty of ourselves before we can have the filling of the Shekinah Glory!
2 Chronicles 5:13 & 14
13) indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters & singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising & thanking the Lord, & when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets & cymbals & instruments of music, & praised the Lord saying; " FOR HE IS GOOD, FOR HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER,"
that the house, the house of the Lord was filled with a cloud,
14) so that the priests could not continue ministering because the cloud; for the glory of the Lord filled the house of God.
Here the Shekinah Glory of Yehovah God demonstrative. God Himself has manifested Himself. (Shekinah is formed of a Hebrew word that literally means "He causes to dwell") This does show that the Shekinah Glory is a very signify Divine visitation of the presence/dwelling of Yehovah God here on earth.
The people were praising God in one accord, with one heart! Everybody was as one. And the Shekinah Glory filled the temple.
Acts 1: 13 & 14
13) And when they had entered, they went up to into the upper room where they were staying: Peter, James, John, & Andrew; Philip & Thomas; Bartholomew & Matthew; James the son of Alphaeus & Simon the Zealot; & Judas the son of James.
14) These all continued with one accord in prayer & supplication, with the women & Mary the mother of Jesus, & His brothers.
Acts 2: 1 - 4
1) Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2) And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, & it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3) Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, & one sat upon each of them.
4) And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit & began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 4:31
And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; & they were all filled with the Holy Spirit & they spoke the word of God in boldness.
The day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit came in the as they were praying! We are now the temple/dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. Since the Holy Spirit came in on the day of Pentecost He has not left this earth. He is with all believers!! As believers we are the called-out ones. To be called out of the world. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit!
1 John 3:24
Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, & He in them. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
1 John 4:4 - 6
4) You are of God, little children, & have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
5) They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, & the world hears them.
6) We are of God, He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth & the spirit of error.
With the Holy Spirit dwelling in us we have the Shekinah Glory & we have the power to over-come the flesh.
1 Corinthians 3:16 & 17
16) Do you not know that you are the temple of God & that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
17) If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
1 Corinthians 6:19 & 20
19) Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, & you are not your own?
20) For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body & in your spirit, which are God's.
1 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said; "I will dwell in them and walk among them, I will be their God. And they shall be my people."
We are the temple of God & the Holy Spirit. We need to be made new in the Holy Spirit & not a person whom is not, hot or cold. As believers we need to be hot for the Lord & to be able to know how to use the Sword of the Spirit. To actually put on the Armor of God.
Ephesians 6:10 - 17
10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord & in the power of His might.
11) Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12) For we do not wrestle against flesh & blood, but against principalities, against power, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual host of wickedness in the heavenly places
13) Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, & having done all, to stand.
14) Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15) And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16) above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17) And take the helmet of salvation, & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
If were not filled with the Holy Spirit we wouldn't even know how to us the Bible, which is our sword! We would have a mighty army of the Lord. We could do battle & be very victories over the enemy. We cannot defeat the devil with our experiences, theories. So draw the Sword of the Holy Spirit. Put on the whole armor of God.

14) Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15) And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16) above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17) And take the helmet of salvation, & the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
