Favor of God 2 We all know that God is not a respecter of persons Acts 10:34Then Peter opened his mouth and said; "In truth I perceive that God shows not partiality. Favor is a supernatural action from God which enables Him to receive the glory when He works on your behalf. Favor is a gift from God that if you don't seek after it you cannot find it. People don't always seek after other gifts that God has given us. How many people obtained from God's His favor?You can get Gods favor by doing acts of kindness, by acts of obedience of His Word, or by following His guidance. If you will just do these simple things; this will open up doors for you, and you can just walk through to find the Favor of God. It is called action! I like to call it faith. You do need to do acts of kindness, acts of obedience to God's word, and asking for His guidance and actually doing what He guides you to do. As you heard me say in Favor of God 1; how he blessed our founding fore-fathers, presidents. He also favor several people in the bible. Abraham, Isiah, Jacob,Joseph, Job, David, Paul, the Apostles, Mary, Ruth, Esther, that is just to name a few. Now follow Gods word, asked for His guidance and listen to what He tells you to do. Jonah didn't at first but you do see that he followed Gods what happen later and you see what happen to him. But once he listen to God things were fine. All of the people used their gifts for serving the kingdom of God. How many of us really do an act of kindness? I mean a true act of kindness, what I mean is that do something; with only God & you knowing about it. Having people see you do it is find but give the Glory to God. I'm going to use somethings from Perry Stone Book Anointed With Favor (which you should get & read) Perry Stone says that "God often selects people who will apply their personal gift to do the work of God, for His kingdom." Five things you can do.1) Dedicate everything you have & own, to God2) Follow the practical Scriptures in Proverbs & commands of Christ?3) Discover the will of God in every decision you make?4) Have the right people working with you that will build up & not tear down? People that you can pray with.5) Ask God for His favor on a consistent basis?" There is nothing wrong for you to ask God for His favor. Just do it; you will really enjoy the beneifits from it!! Ronald Regan followed these steps. He had his staff praying for Gods protection, favor, & wisdom. For having the right people around him who also loved God. Ronald Regan was the first president that didn't die in office, who was elected in the zero curse. Since 1840 every president that was elected into office with the year ending in zero has died in office. There are seven. So Ronald Regan did have God's Favor. God's Favor can come from unexplected places. Just hearing the words "God's Favor" that you just want to go and get it for yourself. So what is stopping you? Do what God has asked us to do; to be more like Jesus Christ. Now remember the five things above that Perry Stone said to do. Those steps will help you get God's favor. You will enjoy Gods Favor at work, at home, in your church, in your family, as a mother, as a father, as a child, even picking out your companion, unexpected income or raises, stopping national disasters, having children, and favor with man. God's favor is wonderful to have. To Be totally blessed by God!!! WOW Now you know that God wants us to have His favor. I remember when I first meet Kenneth E Hagin you could fell the Favor of God on Him. I mean; you could really feel the power of God on his life. Keith Moore was another one you could feel Gods favor on his life. Here are some verses that the Bible has with the Promises of Favor. Psalm 5:12For You, O lLord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield. Psalm 30:5For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning. Proverbs 8:35For whoever finds me finds life, And obtains favor from the Lord; Proverbs 12:2A good man obtains favor from the Lord, But a man of wicked devices He will condemn. Proverbs 13:15Good understanding gains favor, But the way of the unfaithful is hard. Proverbs 14:9Fools mock at sin, But among the upright there is favor. Proverbs 18:22He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the Lord. Proverbs 22:1A GOOD name is to be chosen rather than great riches, Loving favor rather than silver & gold Luke 2:52And Jesus increased in wisdom & stature, & in favor with God & men. Acts 2:47praising God & having favor with all the people, And the Lord added to the church daily those who were saved. I want God's favor! Don't you??
