Righteousness of God

Seeking the Righteousness of God RIGHTEOUSNESS is simple God's rightness. The call of the Spirit of God is the call of righteousness, the call of truth, the call of love, the call of power, the call of faith. Psalm 4:5 Offer the sacrifiices of righteousness, And put your trust in the Lord. Psalm 45:7A same as Hebrews 1:9 You love righteousness and hate wickedness, Therefore God, Your God has anointed you. Proverbs 12:28 In the way of righteouness is life, And in its pathway there is no death. Jeremiah 23:6B same as Jeremiah 33:16B Now this is His name by which He will be called: The Lord of our righteousness. Matthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. For they shall be filled. Acts 10:35 But in every nation whoever fears Him and works Righteousness is accepted by Him. Romans 5:17 For if by the one man's offense death reighned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness will reign in the life through the one, Jesus Christ. Romans 8:10 And if Christ is in you the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Philippians 1:11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God. I could go on and on with verses about the righteousness and seeking God's righteousness. In the verses about righteousness & seeking it you put your trust in him, you get God's anointing, you get the life in righteousness, you become the Righteous of God, and to praise and bring glory of God. Praise God. God's rightness is in a man's soul, God's rightness is in a man's sprit, God's rightness is in a man's body, In order that man may be right or righteous God gives the man the power of His Spirit. That Spirit contains such marvelous and transforming grace that when we receive it into our nature, the marvelous process of regeneration is set into gear and we become a new creature in Christ Jesus. The deepest call of our nature is the one that will find the fastest answer. People pray something happens we pray again something deeper happens with in their nature and they find a new prayer. The desire is obtain. Proverbs 11:8 The righteous is delivered from trouble and it comes to the wicked instead. As a person we don't want to have trouble, I sure don't. God gives us a lot of promises and he keeps them. We have to actual seek God and his kingdom. Matthew 6:33 But Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. In verse 30 God is talking about clothing the grass are we any less then the grass. NO He talks about feeding us. Giving us drinks.We just need to seek God first and His righteousness. He changes and takes care of us. Like our earthly Father takes care of his children, just think God is on our side. He loves us, we are His. I never had a Father like that growing up, but, I have a very righteous Father now. Who loves me, Who loves you! He said if we seek His kingdom and His righteousness. Food, clothing, drink, is yours. Ask and it shall be given. Seek His righteousness. We will become right with God. and Blessing comes. Remember to first desire His RIGHTEOUSNESS TO BECOME A POSSESSOR TO THE KINGDOM!! A Boy Singing to his little sister.....You are My Sunshine, My only Sunshine' (Be prepared to get watery eyes!) Like any good mother, when Karen found out that another baby was on the way, she did what she could to help her 3-year-old son, Michael, prepare for a new sibling.They found out that the new baby was going be a girl, and day after day, night after night, Michael sang to his sister in mommy's tummy.He was building a bond of love with his little sister before he even met her.The pregnancy progressed normally for Karen, an active member of the Panther Creek United Methodist Church in Morristown , TennesseeIn time, the labor pains came. Soon it was every five minutes, every three, every minute. But serious complications arose during delivery and Karen found herself in hours of labor.Would a C-section be required? Finally, after a long struggle, Michael's little sister was born. But she was in very serious condition.With a siren howling in the night, the ambulance rushed the infant to the neonatal intensive care unit at St.. Mary's Hospital, Knoxville, Tennessee The days inched by. The little girl got worse. The pediatrician had to tell the parents there is very little hope. Be prepared for the worst.Karen and her husband contacted a local cemetery about a burial plot. They had fixed up a special room in their house for their new baby but now they found themselves having to plan for a funeral. Michael, however, kept begging his parents to let him see his sister. I want to sing to her, he kept saying.Week two in intensive care looked as if a funeral would come before the week was over.Michael kept nagging about singing to his sister, but kids are never allowed in Intensive Care. Karen decided to take Michael whether they liked it or not.If he didn't see his sister right then, he may never see her alive. She dressed him in an oversized scrub suit and marched him into ICU. He looked like a walking laundry basket.The head nurse recognized him as a child and bellowed, 'Get that kid out of here now. No children are allowed.'The mother rose up strong in Karen,and the usually mild-mannered lady glared steel-eyed right into the head nurse's face, her lips a firm line. 'He is not leaving until he sings to his sister' she stated.Then Karen towed Michael to his sister's bedside. He gazed at the tiny infant losing the battle to live..After a moment, he began to sing.In the pure-hearted voice of a 3-year-old, Michael sang:'You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are gray.' Instantly the baby girl seemed to respond. The pulse rate began to calm down and become steady.'Keep on singing, Michael,' encouraged Karen with tears in her eyes.'You never know, dear, how much I love you, please don't take my sunshine away.' As Michael sang to his sister, the baby's ragged, strained breathing became as smooth as a kitten's purr 'Keep on singing, sweetheart.''The other night, dear, as I lay sleeping, I dreamed I held you in my arms' Micheal's little sister began to relax as rest, healing rest, seemed to sweep over her.'Keep on singing, Michael.' Tears had now conquered the face of the bossy head nurse. Karen glowed.'You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. Please don't take my sunshine away.'The next day....the very next day. the little girl was well enough to go homeWoman's Day Magazine called it The Miracle of a Brother's Song.The medical staff just called it a miracle.Karen called it a miracle of God's love.NEVER GIVE UP ON THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE. A Truckers Story If this doesn't light your fire, your wood is wet! I try not to be biased, but I had my doubts about hiring Stevie. His placement counselor assured me that he would bea good, reliable busboy. But I had never had a mentally handicapped employee and wasn't sure I wanted one. I wasn't sure how my customers would react to Stevie. He was short, a little dumpy with the smooth facial features and thick-tongued speech of Downs Syndrome. I wasn't worried about most of my trucker customers because truckers don't generally care who buses tables as long as the meatloaf platter is good and the pies are homemade. The four-wheeler drivers were the ones who concerned me; the mouthy college kids traveling to school; the yuppie snobs who secretly polish their silverware with their napkins for fear of catching some dreaded 'truck stop germ'; the pairs of white-shirted business men on expense accounts who think every truck stop waitress wants to be flirted with. I knew those people would be uncomfortable around Stevie so I closely watched him for the first few weeks. I shouldn't have worried. After the first week,Stevie had my staff wrapped around his stubby little finger, and with in a month my truck regulars had adopted him as their official truck stop mascot. After that, I really didn't care what the rest of the customers' thought of him. He was like a 21-year-old in blue jeans and Nikes, eager to laugh and eager to please, but fierce in his attention to his duties. Every salt and pepper shaker was exactly in its place, not a breadcrumb or coffee spill was visible when Stevie got done with the table. Our only problem was persuading him to wait to clean a table until after the customers were finished. He would hover in the background, shifting his weight from one foot to the other, scanning the dining room until a table was empty. Then he would scurry to the empty table and carefully bus dishes and glasses onto his cart and meticulously wipe the table up with a practiced flourish of his rag. If he thought a customer was watching, his brow would pucker with added concentration. He took pride in doing his job exactly right, and you had to love how hard he tried to please each and every person he met. Over time, we learned that he lived with his mother, a widow who was disabled after repeated surgeries for cancer. They lived on their Social Security benefits in public housing two miles from the truck stop. Their social worker, who stopped to check on him every so often, admitted they had fallen between the cracks. Money was tight, and what I paid him was probably the difference between them being able to live together and Stevie being sent to a group home. That's why the restaurant was a gloomy place that morning last August,the first morning in three years that Stevie missed work. He was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester getting a new valve or something put in his heart. His social worker said that people with Downs Syndrome often have heart problems at an early age so this wasn't unexpected, and there was a good chance he would come through the surgery in good shape and be back at work in a few months. A ripple of excitement ran through the staff later that morning when word came that he was out of surgery, in recovery, and doing fine. Frannie, the head waitress, let out a war hoop and did a little dance in the aisle when she heard the good news. Belle Ringer, one of our regular trucker customers, stared at the sight of this 50-year-old grandmother off our doing a victory shimmy beside his table. Frannie blushed, smoothed her apron and shot Belle Ringer a withering look. He grinned. 'OK, Frannie , what was that all about?' he asked. 'We just got word that Stevie is out of surgery and going to be okey.' 'I was wondering where he was. I had a new joke to tell him. What was the surgery about?' Frannie quickly told Belle Ringer and the other two drivers sitting at his booth about Stevie's surgery, then sighed:'Yeah, I'm glad he is going to be OK,' she said. 'But I don't know how he and his Mom are going to handle all the bills. From what I hear,they're barely getting by as it is.' Belle Ringer nodded thoughtfully, and Frannie hurried off to wait on the rest of her tables. Since I hadn't had time to round up a bus boy to replace Stevie and really didn't want to replace him, the girls were busing their own tables that day until we decided what to do.. After the morning rush, Frannie walked intomyoffice. She had a couple of paper napkins in her hand and a funnylookon her face. 'What's up?' I asked. 'I didn't get that table where Belle Ringer and his friends were sitting cleared off after they left, and Pony Pete and Tony Tipper were sitting there when I got back to clean it off, she said. This was folded and tucked under a coffee cup.' She handed the napkin to me, and three $20 bills fell onto my desk when I opened it. On the outside, in big, bold letters, was printed 'Something For Stevie'. 'Pony Pete asked me what that was all about,'she said, 'so I told him about Stevie and his Mom and everything, andPete looked at Tony and Tony looked at Pete, and they ended up giving methis.' She handed me another paper napkin that had 'Something For Stevie' scrawled on its outside. Two $50 bills were tucked within its folds. Frannie looked at me with wet, shiny eyes, shook her head andsaid simply: 'truckers.' That was three months ago. Today isThanksgiving, the first day Stevie is supposed to be back to work. His replacement worker said he's beencountingthe days until the doctor said he could work, and it didn't matter at all that it was a holiday. He called 10 times in the past week,making sure we knew he was coming, fearful that we had forgotten him or that his job was in jeopardy. I arranged to have his mother bring him towork. I then met them in the parking lot and invited them both to celebrate his day back. Stevie was thinner and paler, but couldn'tstopgrinning as he pushed through the doors and headed for the back roomwhere his apron and busing cart were waiting. 'Hold up there, Stevie, not so fast,' Isaid. Itook him and his mother by their arms. 'Work can wait for a minute.Tocelebrate you coming back, breakfast for you and your mother is onme!'I led them toward a large corner booth at the rear of the room. I could feel and hear the rest of the staff following behind as we marched through the dining room. Glancing over my shoulder, I saw booth after booth of grinning truckers empty and join the procession. We stopped in front of the big table. Its surface was covered with coffee cups, saucers and dinner plates, all sitting slightly crooked on dozens of folded paper napkins. 'First thing you have to do, Stevie, is clean up this mess,' I said. I tried to sound stern. Stevie looked at me, and then at his mother, then pulled out one of the napkins. It had 'Something for Stevie' printed on the outside. As he picked it up, two $10 bills fell onto the table. Stevie stared at the money, then at all the napkins peeking from beneath the tableware, each with his name printed or scrawled on it. I turned to his mother. 'There's more than$10,000 in cash and checks on that table, all from truckers and trucking companies that heard about your problems. 'Happy Thanksgiving.' Well, it got real noisy about that time, with everybody hollering and shouting, and there were a few tears, as well. But you know what's funny? While everybody else was busy shaking hands and hugging each other, Stevie, with a big, big smile on his face, was busy clearing all the cups and dishes from the table. Best worker I ever hired. Plant a seed and watch it grow. At this point, you can bury this inspirational message or forward it fulfilling the need! If you shed a tear, hug yourself, because you are a compassionate person. Dear Ms. Pelosi, I understand what a hard position you are in but you all need to listen to the American public. “We are the people” the Constitution refers to & it’s us, the poor & the middle class that has built this country---we are the patriots but we are the ones suffering. Instead of giving billions & billions of dollars to the upper echelon, the ones that have raped & pillaged our country, you need to help the ones that are homeless now because of the foreclosed mortgages, the ones that have lost their jobs, the ones that can no longer care for their families---we are the ones that have no income, no homes, no insurance. If American keeps going this way, it will no longer be the American we have served and fought for. Do you not understand this? I absolutely mean no disrespect but Congress & the Senate, who have secure jobs, that have insurance, that have their pensions guaranteed must understand that “We the People” are not guaranteed the same rights. If the millions of dollars were used to help us instead of the CEOs and upper management that used bad management decision in greed have ruined our country. If you continue to give them money they spend it on themselves and not for helping out us Americans. It was greed & stupidity on their part that ruined their industries--- why should they be rewarded for their greed??? I just do not understand this and neither does the American public. Do you know if you & your constituents had given this money to the American people we would have paid our mortgages, bought cars, paid for medical bills.& supported main street America that is the backbone of our America. It is us that would have spent the money to rebuild the country. The auto industry still doesn’t get the idea of what types of cars we need--- they should have learned this lesson in the 70’s and have some 30 years to make the necessary changes to reduce the necessity of oil reduction. The American people realize that it is the dependence on oil from the Middle East that is causing the wars & greed. Again, this money should have been used for innovative research & development to ease our dependence on foreign resources. The American public is just about to the breaking point where we will really change the government we have elected & get the change we want. We do want to give all of you to do what is good & right for our country. I know most of you are so rich you just are not in touch with the real Americans that have lost so much that the American dream is no longer possible. Reality—not fames of making the rich richer. All of you are supposed to be doing what is for the good for it’s citizen. It is great that we pass the information along to each other but what we really need to do it let our senate & congress letting them know how unhappy we are. Please bombard our senate & congress with emails letting them know how we feel and what we are all suffering….. so please write to them and spread the word to them instead of just complaining to each other….. those “petitions’ we sign and forward to each other are not legal because they are not valid signatures showing that we are pissed with the status quo. We need to personally let our Congress, senate, and President know that we are unhappy with the results of their stupid moves to give billions to these fools that wrecked our county with bad management decision. One person has written a wonderful solution---- give each retiree a million dollars & put money back into the economy, His plan is that each retiree with this million dollar incentive buy an American auto, but a home, give to charity—either working for them or supporting them---putting money back into the economy-- what a Grand Idea. Whereas, those greedy jerks that are CEO’s and upper manager will pocket the money, buy an island or some retreat for themselves in a tax exempt county and only spend money on themselves. Middle class America is so much more patriotic than this. We are the backbone of this country, we built this country and we understand what is will take to rebuild our country. Write to every elected official that we are tired of the greedy rich pocketing our hard earned money and leave us with no homes, nothing to provide for our children, no insurance—Remember “We are the People” that our forefathers wrote the constituent for --- for the greedy members of politicians to rape us blind & then throw it back in our faces. Do they care that we are losing our homes, our insurance, going hungry, terrorizing our children with the evil & greed they do --- they have all the money in the world, a guaranteed pension & medical insurance for life. If you agree with this start sending those emails…. Let the real citizen of the United States take back our county -- let us fight for our country and the rights our forefathers intended to give us. BEING SET FREE How many times have we wanted to be set free of bondage, sin, satan? Do we ask it everyday? Yes, we do. Any way I do want to be set free of bondage, sin, satan. Our bodies are to be the Holy Temple of God. But, yet we treat it bad. Some too to over indulge ourselves. To much of anything isn't good for our bodies, our soul. The only thing we cannot get enough of is Chocolate, oh I mean God. That is what we should indulge ourselves in GOD! Our minds, our bodies, our spirit would be free. If only we would indulge ourselves in God! One way is putting God first! It's the only way. Matthew 6:33 But seek first the Kingdom of God & His righteousness, & all these things shall be added to you. 1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is & of that which is to come. We need to get our eyes on God, not natural things; but on God. We need to press forward to our portion of God. We need to seek Him first & His righteousness. Most people will say seek God but that verse also says 'His righteousness. How many of God's people are missing the mark. A lot! Just throwing away their God given, blood bought right to healing, health, freedom of bondage, freedom of sin, and freedom of satan. And non-christians are comeing behind us and picking it up. It's was the same in Mark 7:24-30 as the Syro-Phoenician's Daughter. She keep asking Jesus to cast out a demon from her daughter. We should seek first the Kingdom of God & His righteousness. The Bible is the word of God. Does the bible say that it's gonna be easy. No, it doesn't. As Smith Wigglesworth wrote: 'And though you may be deep in sin, you can come to HIm in repentance, & He will forgive you & cleanse & heal you.' Joel 3:21 & Isaiah 4:4 That He will purged the blood, by spirit of judgement & the spirit of burning. In other words He will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed. Smith Wigglesworth puts into a good light ' This is as much as to say He will provide new life within, The life of Jesus Christ, God's Son, can so purify men's hearts & minds that become entirely transformed, spirit, soul, & body.' Praise God!!! We have to get rid of our self-righteousness & get into God's Kingdom & His righteousness!. Putting our eyes upon Jesus & not the trouble, the bondage, the sin, & satan. Confessing our sins to Him then yes, we become over-comers Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, & do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin & death Romans 6:18 And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righeousness The only way you can fail is you are not believing Him or His Word. So, all you need to do is BELIEVE!! Can you believe? Ask Him to help you believe! Matthew 19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them. "With men this impossible, but with God all things are possible. BELIEVE!!
